An Amazing camera with alot of tricks up it's sleave

I was looking for a good quality slimline camera that fitted nicely into the pocket that gave good quality party pictures.
When I started my quest I had a budget of a 100 pounds. for this I wanted A good lens, red eye reduction for low light shots, large screen that is also viewable in sunny conditions, motion correction when your using the zoom and above all ease of use (no I don't want to read the f*****g manual)
I searched on Ebay for some good name brands (Sony, Kodak, Olympus etc) I saw the Canon SD750 at a good price.
Now you do have to understand that this was an impulse bid and I had done NO research on the product I was bidding on and the only thing I had to go on was that the 1st Generation Ixus 2mp camera that i owned was for many years a faithful (yet bulky) companion that took great pictures.
When i received the Camera I had no time to test it as i was on a plane 4 hours after it was delivered.
I arrived on holiday charged up the battery cast aside the instruction in Manley defiance and off i went for a weeks holiday.
First off this little baby is amazing. it's slim, light and very portable. It firs in the pocket without you even noticing it's there.
Then there is the functionality, the instruction manual is still in the wrapping, the menu navigation is so simple that even the most technophobe can understand them. The function buttons are well spaced so even if you have unnaturally large digits you wont press two buttons at once.
Battery life is outstanding! I had taken 398 photo's before the battery died. This includes reviewing photos and working out how to use the menus on the god sized LCD screen,(which has a great orientation thingy that I think just great) HOWEVER (99% of these pictures taken were in sunlight so the flash was hardly used.)
Then are the quality of the pictures.... what can I say but superb!! every shot is crystal clear and rich in colour even the Macro shows the bubbles rising in a champagne glass. You can also print out an A4 sized printout with absolutely no loss in quality whatsoever, not to mention that the red eye reduction is also well above par and apart from my dogs eyes looking like Satan it's does the job perfectly (but then what's Photoshop for)
If anybody is reading this then be assured that this Camera will NOT let you down I am so impressed it has everything I was looking for and more, However if you are considering buying the Canon Powershot SD750/Ixus 750 then what ever you do Only get the all-over silver, the silver and black in my opinion is chavvy,
and for all of you who just want the short review.... Buy this it's the nuts! great pics, solid stylish design (except the silver and black version) easy to use and small.
