Dido - Life For Rent (CD 2003)

this is a very good album for any one who likes the occasional chill out music - Dido has a lovely calming voice and i would recommend if maybe you like nora jones?! hope this helps anyways :)

Dido has a great voice and this is great music for whatever your mood or whatever your doing, from relaxing to spring cleaning. A good addition to any CD collection.

Had heard her Two /Three singles and like her style anyway. I have to say i like every song and none disappoint like some cds i have bought have done.

The words are very clever and meaningful too
all round i give it 10/10

I heard one of the numbers on this album through a friend and decided to buy it

All the tracks for my liking are to similar and it lacks any real verve a bit disappointing

This is a typical Dido's album, lovely voice, quiet songs, it's romantic pop! I decided to buy it because i desire my personal collection to be complete, and this is a very important CD :) Worthy to buy :))) Greetings from Italy

This is a very good album with many good songs. I baught this cd because my copy went missing and I wanted a replacement.

As a fan of Dido I wanted to add to my collection and found this album excellent. definately maintains her standards!

I bought it as i like Dido and my original is scratched and doesnt play, i dont dislike anything about it.

I love this CD when I've got the kids to bed - picked up the carnage off the lounge floor - and opened a bottle of wine. Perfect to wind down with. The very first song is White Flag, and if you've got your speakers placed well, and a half decent CD player, this songs introduction makes the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, its pretty damn good! Try it!

I had this album before but lost it, could not belive i got a new copy as cheap, i listen to it all the time

I decided to buy this album, because i'd been after it for a while, it was on my favourites a while back and thought it would bring back some memories.
I used this seller because, the bidding started low, but not only that the postage was a fairly decent price. I get annoyed when the postage is more than the item is actually worth. I love the album completely, i dont have any dislikes about it. even the scratch on the front of the case didn't bother me, because the seller was open, honest and very fast. I did have a problem with the delivery at first because ebay had the wrong address for me even thou i had changed this, luckily im still local to previous house and was able to collect it.Packaging was very good, which is always a luxurie. I', 100% satisfied with this product and would definatley use this seller again.
Unlike some experiences I have had with other sellers which put me off must admit, bt this seller brought back my custom.

Excellent c.d. wanted it for ages got it at a bargin price.It is just like the other cd`s advertised but cheaper.

I bought this as a present for my g/f, I certainly wouldn't have considered myself a fan, I'm generally into much heavier music. But wow, what a CD, for so many reasons.

This is the best production quality on a CD I've ever come across. But don't think that means over-polished sounding mass produced. This is close mic'ed, in you face, down-tempo, with lush orchestration. Very varied too; but every track a winner in its own right. Unlike 90% of current albums, every track is of the quality of the released singles. Dido writes from the heart and the lyrics are multi-layered and really deep.

If I had to spend £500 to get this CD, I'd spend it!
