Blade Trinity (DVD)

Ok, so the usual rule for sequels is that they get further away from the quality and values of the original. And this is, to an extent true of Blade 3. However, I think it's still an excellent film.
Blade, was made on a shoestring and that was part of what made it great. As it was a huge success the sequels get more money to spend on production but in Blade Trinity it isn't wasted. It's full of wisecracks and cool fight scenes, bad viscious villains, gadgets and weapons, and the soundtrack still rocks.
Storywise not much changed, what did you want, the guy's a vampire killer, hence he is gonna spend most of his time doing just that.
So to summarise, if you want to see blade and buddies kick some vampire butt using hi/low tech weaponry whilst cracking jokes and listening to hardcore dance/rap, buy this film. If you are scared off because it is a sequel, don't think 'Mad Max 3', it's much more of an 'Aliens'.
