Wired - Guitar Care And Repair (DVD)

This is a terrible DVD. Done on the cheap with what seems to be a handycam - no angles or decent close-ups of anything. In fact there's virtually no real info about guitar repairs at all just very ordinary stuff about different guitars manufacturers. I already know what the difference between a les paul and a strat is but I would have quite liked to have been shown the insides inc wiring etc. Everything repair based that you think you might learn from a DVD like this the presenter completely avoids by saying "that might be tricky so take it to someone else" - pathetic.

Heres the lowdown

1. NO repair info.
2. Nothing about wiring other than how to fit a jack socket.
3. Nothing about fixing wood cracks, splits joins, or anything at all.
4. Nothing about fitting new parts or customizing your guitar.
5. The presenters keep saying over and over agian "thats tricky so were not going to show you how to do it" They also keep saying that lots of things can be done to the guitar but dont actually show you this.
6. All you get is very basic set-up stuff that takes nothing more than a bit of common sense to sort out.

AVOID this DVD and see what help there is on youtube I guarantee it'll be better than this useless drivel.
