One of the best films ever, started to watch it on ITV but it finished too late so bought the dvd, will watch again and again - A classic.....

This is a super funny DVD. This is one of the best DVDs i have seen in ages, this is one that sticks in your mind for being funny and entertaining. Owen Wilson delivers one of the best performances of his career and continues the comedy that he has delivered in the past. If you are a fan of any other of his films that are comedies then i would suggest that you purchase this and this is one of the best if not the best that owen wilson has taken part in. Vince Vaughn who is Owen Wilsons counter part in the film reaches the high standards set by Owen Wilson.

To sum this film up it is one of the funniest i have seen in a long time and would recommend it to anyone over the age of 15.

John (Owen Wilson) & Jeremy (Vince Vaughn) are best buds. They've known each other for 17 years, work together, and in there spare time crash wedding parties; where they drink like sailors, mingle with unsuspecting relatives, and hit on single and willing brides maids every chance they get. They have a whole science to their crashing ( rules and all), and have become quite adept at the sport.

That all changes when they attend a wedding held by Secretary Cleary (Christopher Walken), whose daughter is getting hitched. During the lavish formal affair, Jeremy makes headway with Cleary's physcopath daughter Gloria ( a hilarious Isla Fisher), while John slowly maneuvers his way into the life of the Secretary's other daughter Claire (Rachel McAdams), who just happens to have a steady bo' of her own.

Eventually, after all the formalities-- the two are privately invited back to the Secretary's estate, where they play touch football with the family, have formal dinners, sail out on the boat, & get hit on by the Secretary's sex starved wife (Jane Seymour) & his homosexual son Todd (Keir O'Donnell).

Its all very funny and silly- but the great chemistry by Wilson and Vaughn helps the film move at a steady pace. The supporting roles of McAdams and Fishler are nicely fleshed out as well. While no means a great movie, "The Wedding Crashers" is quite funny at times, and overall enjoyable.

Some people have called this a raunchy, gross-out comedy; although I noticed nothing of the sort. Besides the dialogue and a few breast shots, theres really nothing raunchy or gross-out about "Wedding Crashers" at all. It certainly wouldnt fall into the category of "Something About Mary" or the "American Pie" movies.

Vaughn and Wilson definitley shine throughout and appear to be having the time of their lives here....

This film has great music, great acting and a gteat story line. Making for an excellant film. A good mixture of romance & comedy. Two brill actors that are always going to make you laugh.

The film follows two sneaky guys who, apart from refusing to grow up, crash weddings to meet women. Things get complicated, however, when John (Wilson) falls hard for one of the bridesmaids (McAdams) they encounter whose family are American royalty - her dad is the secretary of the treasury! (Christopher Walken). Can Jeremy (Vaughn) help his best friend to get his act together in time to land the girl he never knew he always needed?

The combination of Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson is a great laugh on a night in. The story is about two divorce mediators that have gotten the art of seduction down pat! All they need to do is bring with them a fake gift and great stories. They get fed, boozed, and ladies at total strangers weddings. What a better way to meet women!

All is going too well until they meet the girl that's hard to get and the one that won't let go.

If you are looking for a great laught, this is the DVD for you.

i bpught this dvd as it one of my faves and it makes me laugh so much, great for a cosy nite in or just if you need cheering up :-)

Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson charm their way into weddings in the pursuit of bridesmaids and single women, all the time guided by a set of 'wedding crasher rules'. Wilson then falls head over heals for a bridesmaid and his whole world and ideals are thrown off balance - unfortunately they are for Vaughan too!

A great comedy film full of great one-liners which is much rarer than you think these days, and is much less schmaltzy than the usual Hollywood fare. Excellent cast with great performances, but Will Ferrell steals the entire movie with his cameo as the 'God of Wedding Crashers'. An ideal post-pub comedy film, or even one you can watch with the missus - one you will watch again and again.

This DVD features Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound and is presented in 2.35:1 Anamorphic widescreen. Bonus features include two commentaries, deleted scenes, trailers and featurettes.

Great film. I only bought it to drool over Owen Wilson (swoon) but actually it was a real laugh, far funnier than You, Me and DuPree! Highly recomended. PS- my husband actually enjoyed it too, so not just for chicks.

The DVD was in excellent condition and arrived very quickly. the film was really funny and had even more bonus features than the DVD's on hire.

John Beckwith (Owen Wilson) and Jeremy Grey (Vince Vaughn) are business partners and lifelong friends who share a hobby.....they like to crash weddings. Regardless of the ethnicity of the wedding - Jewish, Italian, Irish, Chinese, Hindu - they always manage to charm their way into the wedding and inevitably become the hit of every reception. Their goal at each wedding is simple....to meet and pick-up women. When Jeremy learns that the daughter of Treasury Secretary William Cleary is getting married he's all for going. John is getting tired or gatecrashing weddings but agrees to do `one last big job'. After infiltrating the lavish wedding, John and Jeremy quickly set their sights on two bridesmaids - Claire and Gloria Cleary. John falls for Claire and convinces Jeremy to bend the wedding-crashing rules and accept an invitation to a weekend party at the Cleary family home. This is when the fun really starts!

Wedding Crashers is a wonderful comedy whose greatest strength lies in the two lead characters - they're funny, lively and the wise-cracking is some of the best comedy you're likely to see. Their characters are funny enough to cover up the fact that they are exploitative and sexual predators and funny enough to mean that the scenes where they are doing their thing are generally enjoyable. Of course it helps that Wilson and Vaughn have great chemistry together. But Wedding Crashers isn't just about Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn. Isla Fisher deserves a mention for her performance as Gloria Cleary. She plays the part to perfection and her scenes with Vince Vaughn will have you in stitches.

All in all this was a really sweet romantic comedy and well worth seeing. It got great reviews from the critics and deserved every one of them.

This is a very funny film, recommended to me by my two sons who saw it before me. The Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn combination is excellent. Christopher Walkin and Jane Seymour add a touch of class and are convincing in their roles. Some of the gags are great - I won't spoil your enjoyment by repeating them here. Ideal for an audience that wants to watch without having to think too much! I don't often laugh out loud at movies, but this one....
Buy it, borrow it, steal it, whatever, but make sure you see it!

Really funny film, after the first 10 mins i thought it wasnt that great but it gets funnier and funnier as it goes on! If you like I-Spy, Meet The Parents, Old School or Dodgeball you'll love this!

easy the funniest film this year! absoulutley hilarious and vince vauhgn is a total legend as always! recomended for any fan of dodgeball, old school etc. despite the fairly typical structure behind the storyline, it still manages to keep you gusseing a little and throws in a couple of surprises. the acting was great on almost everyone's part but its the comedy that counts and this one had me laughing from start to finish. spot on!

After hearing great reviews abount this film i was waiting with great excitement for the dvd release of this film so i sat down to watch the film which started really funny and fast but after the first 5 mins im afraid it was down hill for me it seem to lose all the fun and became very boring to watch which lead to me hoping for the end to come a.s.a.p.

I originally watched The Wedding Crashers at the cinema, and admittedly was rather hesitant to go. Mainly because Owen Wilson can be very wooden as an actor and typecast in the "dumb southern heart-throb" role. (Could you really believe he was an Elite pilot in Behind Enemy Lines?!!) Anyway, his partnership with Vaughn is superb in this laugh a minute comedy. Within 5 minutes of the openening the film had me crying in laughter. Guys will love the quick witted humour and theres a romantic story for the girls too. Wedding Crashers is fresh and light hearted, although its genre falls into the already saturated 'American Feelgood' Movie bracket. You can't deny it does leaving you feeling good though. Enjoy.

Sooooo funny!!! Even my boyfriend laughed - A LOT!!!! I don't know anyone who dislikes this film. Both leads are amazing!
