Fron Male Voice Choir - Voices Of The Valley (CD 2006)

I looked for some male voice choir cds on e-bay as I love these choirs and didn't have a cd of them. I certainly am not disappointed with this one. It is great because I know all the tunes and they are all good. The music is so relaxing and I have played it a lot in the short while I have had it.

After playing the other CD's in the series i realy wanted this one and i was not disapointed. It is a quick listen and is very moving Land of my fathers is great so is Jerualem

I decided to buy this album simply because I admire male voice choirs and enjoy their singing.
I was not disappointed by this one. It is very peaceful and relaxing to listen to - something to put on when you are feeling frazzled!
Knowing the songs was helpful and, I think, made the CD easier to listen to because it is easy to switch off when the songs are unfamiliar.
I would be encouraged to buy further male voice choir albums having listened to this one and I recommend this choir to anyone who enjoys the type of music and to anyone who is new to male choirs.

allready owned the 2007(Encore) version. unable to obtain 2006 in local shops, so decided to use EBAY to obtain a copy of 2006. goods as decribed,good value for the money.

If you enjoy male voice choirs this Welsh choir is a real treat. The music is beautifully relaxing and soothing and even if you wouldn't normally choose to listen to this type of music you won't be disappointed. Superb!

Purchase was fine - the product disappointing. I wanted the item "You Raise Me up" especially, and it said this on it. But it was in Welsh! This should have been stated as the title in Welsh is NOT the same. When you have heard a MVC sing it in English, and really been stirred, you want the same!
For the rest, as a singer in a MVC myself, I felt it was much too bland, too much unison and not enough real gutsy harmony!

I just love listening to a male voice Choir and this CD of the Fron Male Voice Choir was absolutely excellent. My Cousin was home from Germany on holiday and heard this CD being played in my Sons car and said immediately that he would love to have this CD for himself so thats why I bought it, as a gift for him and I would recommend it highly to anyone who likes this kind of music.nor5120
