I bought it because although being quite heavy it does do the job well and is powerful machine. it actually does the carpets very well and takes the dirt out. We are pleased.

) I have been borrowing my sisters` carpet washer for the last few years and was always pleased with the results. I wanted one myself but couldn`t really afford it, then I saw them on ebay for less than half the price and thought why not? I am so pleased I bought it! I was amazed at how much cleaner the carpets look and have "done" my car seats as well! Also, the seller I bought it from has been fantastic with the after-sales service as the item came with a full one-year warranty, they even replaced a part that I broke free! This has to be one of my best ebay purchases!
