Very good

This CD is a very good collection Bowie's best known songs, and as someone else has said - great for listening to in the car.
The only negative thing about it is it only goes up to 1987, which is fine if you are looking for a greatest hits, but for those looking for a more complete singles collection, they are best off with "Best Of Bowie (2002)" since this covers his more recent hits, "Jump They Say", "The Hearts Filthy Lesson", "Hallo Spaceboy", "Little Wonder" etc, as well as the classics from his commercial peak in the 70s and 80s found on this album.
But for those strictly looking for the popular and well-known songs, and don't mind chopping off the last 20 years of his career, this is definitely the best option.
On here you will find essentials such as "Space Oddity", "Ashes To Ashes", "Heroes", "Under Pressure", "Let's Dance", "Changes", "China Girl", as well as the full unedited versions of "Young Americans", "Diamond Dogs", and "Fashion".
This happened to be my first David Bowie album, back in 1996, and for anyone curious about his career, this CD illustrates it very well indeed. This CD is also ideal for parties (particularly 70s and 80s parties), and for people who are after the big hits.
All in all, a very good listen and well worth a couple of quid on eBay.
