In short, this is the ultimate Bowie compilation. Spanning 20 odd years of his career, it's bursting at the seams with classics such as Starman, Alladin Sane, Heroes, and his later hits such as Ashes To Ashes. Failing to miss out any memorable tracks, and containing such rarities as Bowie's own versions of It's Hard To Be A Saint In The City, and All The Young Dudes, this is also highly collectable. All presented in a fabulous collectable case, and for £10.98 which got off ebay its 20 quid in HMV any true Bowie fan would simply be mad to miss a collection like this
Top Tracks (My personal top 6)

A timeless dedication to one of rock music's greatest artists
Looking through my vinyl collection recently i came across my old Bowie albums. I dusted them down and gave them a spin on my record player and had forgotten just how good the man really is. Most of the albums range from the sublime to the riddiculous,'Heroes' being a good example, cracking songs like the title track, yet side two being filled with weird instrumentals the result of being under the influence. I know, how about a collection of his best material on compact disc? Well, look no further than this 3 disc 'Platinum' collection jam packed with all his best work ranging from 1969 to 1974 on disc 1,74 to 79 on disc 2 and 1980 to 87 on disc 3. After studying the track listings on the other 'best of's'available from this artist,David Bowie 'The Platinum Collection' is the best out there.
