It's the one and only Freddie Mercury. The man behind the great band Queen.Freddie will be sadly missed and queen just could'nt go on without him.Live on Freddie Mercury.
As far as I'm concerned Queen can do no wrong!!! On this CD you will hear some of their less well-known songs, and it was one of the last LP's they produced. Freddie wasn't well when this was being made and yet his voice seems to be better than ever, and improve even after this LP. There is a great mixture of songs on this CD, fast, ballad, heavy metal - all sorts. So, if that is the sort of thing you are after, then I would definitely recommend this CD. Queen, in my opinion, the Best Group Ever!!!!
This album was the first real group effort, all songs were credited by Queen. Freddie had known for a while that he was ill so listening to this album you begin to analize every track. songs like The miracle and I want it all Party Kashoggis ship are Queen remanising of days gone by. My favourite track is Was it all worth it, this song is not only a reflection of just how brilliant Queen were but Freddie asking himself the question Was it all worth it? All things considered for a group facing an unavoidable tragedy this is one of the best songs ever written!! Pure Queen brilliance for me this is better than Bohemian Rhapsody! When Queen wrote anthems like this no other group past or present stood a chance!!!
Released in 1989, The Miracle was their first album for a few years. It contains some hits like The Miracle, I Want It All, Scandal etc and these styles continue throughout the album. I personally love the songs Breakthru and Invisible Man because they are very catchy and easy to listen to.
By 1989, Freddie Mercury has realised that he was going to become very ill quickly and therefore wanted to try and put together an album which captured Queen with their rock face on. They have achieved this, with Brian May's guitar screaming in some of the songs. This is a great album and worth getting for the collection.
