The Matrix Reloaded (DVD 2003)

I AM VERY PLEASED THANK U I GOT THIS DVD AS MY PARTENT DO LIKE IT VERY FAST AT POSTING ITEMS OUT WOULD DO BUIESS ANY TIME

The film was really really good but i think the CGI in some parts of the film let it down alot. I also think that the drawn out boreing bits let it down too, there wasnt enough action in it and it felt like they rushed parts of it to to get it over and done with.

Overall i think the film was great, just needed alittle bit more time spent making it.

a classic movie if you like the matrix trilogy I would recomend A+++++++++++++++++++ go see A++++++++

we , my partner and I, watched the first matrix and realized we hadn't got the second,so i checked on play.com, it was about £13.00, i thought ill check eBay there were loads more choice and a fraction of the price, about £4.00 with p&p. it came within a couple of days and was a superb disc. i am very pleased to add this to my dvd collection.

This great action-packed 2nd film in the Matrix trilogy was full of wonderful special effects and with great story line from beginning to end. Keanu Reeves (Neo) was, as usual, fantasic with 'The One' image of someone who is going to save Zion, the 'to be concluded' would make you want to purchase the last film - The Matrix Revolutions. Great film and highly recommended.

never had any of the matrix films before. always wanted them an saw a great opportunity to buy them on ebay.exellent films which can be watched over and over again

Having converted most of my old video collection to DVD I was thrilled to find this film gem in digital format. If you watch this in widescreen format, it really does great justice..rocommended dvd to have in your selection but all depends on your own personal views! great dvd and i will purchase more from ebay.

To begin: this is half a movie. To comment on half of a picture is pretty difficult. Those that dismiss this as another Phantom Menace should sit tight for the conclusion.

Having said that, Reloaded has amazed, enlightened and overwhelmed me. To go through each scene, character & word would take weeks, more then 1000 words and would only interest those few die-hard fans.

The only thing to say is that of my love for the complete trilogy.

It is inevitable.

I know of friends who only saw the first Matrix movie and that is a shame, as all three parts of the trilogy belong together as the journey of Neo and the change that happens to him along the way. It is a fantastic job that has been done in keeping the quality at the top without descending into making B-grade follow up movies as is often the case with sequels.

It is a movie that can be seen on many levels. Some will see it just as a great action movie which it is, but there is so much more to this film. It is a fantastic depiction of the journey of the spiritual seeker and the difficulties that he encounters within himself as he starts pushing against the prisons of his own mind and the multitude of programs that operates and which keep us small.

It also neatly depicts the way humans are kept as 'food for the moon' in Gurdjieff's words or simply food for ultra terrestrials. In the film this is depicted as humans, being little less than cultivated biological batteries for the machines.

The story is part of a trilogy and all three parts are worth watching more than once, as you will undoubtedly see new things each time. Things that start making sense only after some time of reflection and reading. In this regard I can recommend reading the book by Ouspensky called "In Search of the Miraculous", and the book by Laura Knight-Jadczyk called "The Secret History of the World".

To be honest, I love this film that I watch it if I have a minute. more happy with the second dvd. I dislike not abit

Neo, Trinity and Morpheus lead a revolt against the Machine Army as it attacks Zion. Their aim is to fight against the forces of repression and exploitation in an attempt to save the human race. Zion is the last human city on Earth and in their quest they gain more information on the workings of the Matrix.

This is a excellent sequel to a film that finished without this being planned.
the addition of the virus twins was good, but wish they were in the film for longer.

This is one of those films that you will watch, evertime you see it in your case.

I think this film is a classic example of a poor sequel to a very good original film. There are only so many ways to twist a plot, and the Matrix Reloaded just doesn't have anything that sets it apart from the original. Even the action sequences become repetitive - and predictable - after a while, and towards the end of the film you start to think the writers made the plot up as they went along. Visually entertaining if you like that sort of thing.
I haven't seen Matrix Revelations - hopefully this last of the three films pulls things together a bit and rounds the Trilogy off with some credibility? But then I'm not sure I will go out of my way to watch the third and final offering.

Matrix reloaded is a brilliant film. I'm hearing alot of bad reports about it and its pi***ng me off because its a brilliant film. The film is about NEO (Keanu Reeves) must complete the prophecy that Morpheus (Lawrence Fishburne) believes in to save the world. The effects, martial arts, action and stunt scenes in this film are amazing. Whenever he has to fight all the agent smiths is a pretty cool scene. Whenever the film starts off with trinity jumping off a bike in mid air and sending the bike into a security hut and then the security hut explodes the film has you completely hooked!

The freeway scene in this film has you absolutely gob smacked! Whenever neo has to talk to the architect this part of the film is a real brain teaser. The explosions in this film are quality. I think that reloaded is as good as the first film. A lot of people would disagree with me because alot of people I know that have seen this either don't like it or just thinks its ok. Well I think its brilliant and I definitely recommend it.

Story:
Neo (Keanu Reeves), Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss), and Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne) continue their battle against the machines in THE MATRIX RELOADED, the second chapter of Larry and Andy Wachowski's MATRIX trilogy. As RELOADED begins, Neo, Trinity, and Morpheus arrive in Zion with new crew member Link (Harold Perrineau), and discover that 250,000 dreaded sentinels are close to launching a massive attack on the underground haven for the liberated minds of humanity. When Neo seeks advice from the prophetic Oracle (the late Gloria Foster), their meeting leads to a sorely outnumbered fight with Neo's old nemesis, Agent Smith (Hugo Weaving). great film all action sci fi.imagination runs amock with twists and turns at every corner keeps you thinking from begining to end ,an intelligent thought provoking film the 2nd of a trilogy which will(and may already be!)a classic.bargain purchase a must have for anyones dvd collection

The action parts are wonderful. Trinity and Neo make the perfect couple fighting fot the survail of the human race. the black PVC adds to the fantasy and it has to be said that the fight scenes are really kick A---.
Not for peeps who dont like to use their Imagination.

This is the best Matrix movie I've ever seen from the other 3, it's just great and consists of realistic eye-cathing action

The original matrix movie was superb, and still to this day remains one of the most copied and homaged films. The bullet time breakthrough stamped the movie with an original tag unlike any other, but i guess i really felt it ended on a good note, and that was that. When i heard about Reloaded and then, the final part of the trilogy Revolutions, I was ecstatic. Reloaded not only continues the story of Neo but raises up some interesting new questions - not least is Neo's ability to defeat the Sentinels outside of the Matrix...and what of the previous versions of the Matrix itself? And can Neo prove his dream about Trinity wrong?
A great sequel, and sets up part 3 perfectly at the end. Who CAN'T love seeing Neo kickig the arse of 100 Agent Smiths? Or Morpheus' battle atop a runaway truck? Or Trinity looking hot in black leather doing 200 mph on a motorbike being chased by agents......?
The Matrix could have ended after the first movie - but this film takes everything up a notch, if a little too wordy at times...

A fast paced follow up to the first film...more action, more fight scenes and a love intrest. What more could you ask from a movie.

AMAZING,FANTASTIC,SUPERB UNBELIEVABLE Thats my opinion of the second installment of the Matrix series and i would even go so far to say out of all the three matrix films this is the best one,it has loads of action/Martial Arts in it,decent storyline and fantastic acting what more do you want.I simply loved it and would recomend it to anyone who hasnt seen it as yet.
