I enjoyed this romantic comedy.. little different to some as about 2 couples , Story fast moving and easy to watch.. Typical , But that's why I brought it and I wasn't disappointed

This movies is like an updated 'Love Actually' but with a bid of a better story line. Two women fed up with lying, cheating men decide to swap lives for 2 weeks, one from L.A. and one from the countryside near Surry.
Comedy, but with a story that puts a tear in the hardest of hearts.

Great film......had never even heard of it before but a friend recommended it to me as she knows I like this sort of fim....typical chick flick type film with a great cast!!

Good film, in the sort of Love Actually mold, another good film as it goes. Anyway back to The Holiday- you can buy it for the girlfriend/wife (or both) and if your a Man and you don't actually enjoy it at least you can watch Cameron Diaz which makes it less painful.

I bought this dvd for my wife as it is one of her favorite movies purley because it is romance. Cameran Diaz is a favorite of mine also and it's one of them films she could watch over and over. I've got to admit though i thought it a bit girly but it kept me glued to the telly whgich is more than i can say about some of the films i thought would be my cup of tea.

I wasn't really knowing what to expect with this film. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The four main actors combine well and seem to put you through all the emotions - sadness, laugher, love & anger.

A film for the ladies which the lads could probably cope with.
I would recommend this film.

just a really girly movie with a feel good factor!A real must for curling up and unwinding with a bottle of wine! Great movie!!

This is a story that you wonder oh no....another girly movie! But as you get into it, it is a real great story and one does wonder...is there a storybook love for us all?

This film is entertaining but very schmaltzy and not a lot of real grit or decent humour. Hopelessly unrealistic. Worth a watch but probably not a second viewing.

I bought it on recommendation and the film was fantastic a little slow to get in to however well worth a watch a good chick flick however my hubby enjoyed it.

A nice easy film to watch. No violence or swearing, it was right up my street. Plus i had bought it for my sister who is deaf so was relieved it had subtitles.

I decided to purchase this dvd because the previous reviews looked quite interesting and the movie sounded good.This is a romantic chick flick and you'll enjoy watching this with a mug of hot chocolate and chocolate biscuits.

This film should be watch by anyone who loves Romantic Comedy's. A Great Girly film that I highly recommend. It is a bit Christmas as well so great to watch on a cold Winter's night. One of thoughs film's that makes you think there is a Mr or Mrs Right out there for everybody.

Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet in a film together seemed strange but I really enjoyed this film! I don't usually go for Jack Black but I thought he was absolutely brilliant. And Jude Law is gorgeous as ever!

Loved the film, another great modern romantic. Starring Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz both brill also Jude Law and Jack Black. Brill for a chick's night in movie. Plenty popcorn! A must addition to your chick flick collection!

As alsmost everyone (those that arent trying to make a point or sell something!!) agrees, this is a wonderful feel good film!

It is perfect to cheer the grey days of winter, especially if suffering with a cold or flu etc.

Even guys will like it, although it may be called a chick flick!

It has more twist and turns than you average rom-com, and having the two story lines adds to the depth of the film!
