Great CD - now mine!Having heard my daughters collection of Pearl Jam CD's was determined to get some for myself. Brilliant CD - good to listen to in company, whilst reading my book or just doing the housework!

i got it for £1.25 its worth at least £10 buy it. its a modern classic. if you're into a bit of surfing or just rock you must own this record or you're a nobody

What can i say? This album was part of my teenage years, full of raw passion and linked to many fond memories of first nightclubs, rock venues and drinking in 'spit and sawdust' pubs! The amazing start to 'Even Flow' makes my tummy flip and Eddie Vedder's vocals are the greatest. Never to be mistaken for anyone else, Pearl Jam are still going strong and continue to provide music to get 'grungy' to!!!

If you are only ever going to buy one grunge album - this has to be it.
1991 saw the release of this classic and a whole new sound was created. Raw passion & beauty flows from every track. The more well known tracks such as 'Alive', 'Even Flow' & 'Jeremy' are all to be found here alongside stunning tracks such as 'Black' (my personal all time favourite song), 'Garden', 'Once' etc.
The Pearl Jam family is large. With bands such as Brad, Temple Of The Dog & Mother Love Bone all featuring Pearl Jam members. If you like Pearl Jam you need to hear these other bands too.
To summarise 'Ten' though, to me it is the sound of a whole era & a sound that never ages or becomes boring. 'Ten' still sounds as fresh & exciting today as it did 15 years ago. The subject matter on 'Ten' is thought provoking & profound. The songs instantly memorable & the sound totally unique.
Highest recommendation all the way.

This is without a doubt the greatest album of all time. I like all rock music from nirvana to ac/dc to rage against the machine etc. And i own about 300 cds. In 2003 i started to like rock music of course the first grunge band album you buy is nevermind by nirvana. I loved this for a few months. I heard of this pearl jam some people say they were much better. So i bought TEN in fopp for a £fiver. Every song on this is a classic, i know a lot of people say that but i trually mean that. All i can say is buy it if you are even remotely getting into grunge. This album should have been given out at birth for everybody it is so good. You can pick it up on ebay for slightly less but it is only a fiver in most music shops. If any Pearl Jam fans are out their send me an e-mail as such people are hard to come accross. spoke-in,spoke-in. (you'll see what i mean when you listen to it)
