Team America rules possible the best film Matt Stone and Trey Parker have ever made, its even coming close to BASEketball. The Animation was amazing and it is definately the funniest thing you can ever do with puppets, who would have thought puppet sex would be so complicated.

I bought this DVD for my son as he was havng a sleepover and all his friends wanted to watch it. Personally it is not my cup of tea but the boys loved it - excellent quality

Liked it, it's a real piss take on America's view on the outside world. Ever wonder why the americans refer to baseball 'world series' when it's only played in America? This rips the piss big style. The looks on some of the puppets faces at americans behaviour is strangely satisfying to those of us that feel the same way. Strangely, it's made by Americans. Have they finally understood irony. This film says at 140 dB YES!!

team america is one of those clasics where every scene has a laugh out loud moment and lots of quotable lines. as well as being hysterical it may also be the only movie ever made with a puppet sex scene. correct me if i'm wrong.... highlights have go to be; the everybodys got aids song, kim-jong il (the best character in the film) and garys suicide device.

Very funny satirical look at how the US divide and conquer the world... The characters in the movie are Thunderbird-esque marrionettes who are delightful to watch. Not for the kids, but for the kids at heart.

This film is very close to the knuckle, but it is a brilliant send up of the day's current affairs! Superb humour!!!

This film is hilarious and if you are a South Park fan then you'll love it. I first saw the film on TV and was telling a friend about some of the story line. They said it sounded funny and if I saw it anywhere to buy it and they would refund me. I did see it in a shop but thought I'd try ebay first - there were a few sellers but to save time I opted for buy it now. The film is a skit on the Thunderbirds stories. It involves Team America ( puppets on strings) on the hunt for terrorists but create mayhem whilst doing so - Paris is reduced to rubble as is Egypt.......
Well worth watching!!

makes you laugh out loud and not to be taken too seriously. a bit risque if there are kids under 15. some sexual inuendos.

Provided you're not too offended by rude words and bodily functions, this is a hilarious film. It's both a political satire on global politics, and a parody of Hollywood action movies from Thunderbirds to James Bond. Each time you watch, you'll spot more references to famous movies.

The conclusion of the film is disappointingly crass, but the action sequences are truly funny. I've watched the destruction of the Eiffel Tower and the rocketing of the Sphinx more times than I can count, and I've laughed aloud each time.

What a film! Seen it loads of times, and never gets boring, class, love the voices, escpecially of Kim Jong Il, like when he goes "yes the ticking crock!" meaning clock. Definitely recommend!

Its a film that is thought provoking while being very, very funny.The London cabbie is spot on. Just a great all round film

A very funny, not serious mickey take of America in a way. Definately for adults & Be warned there is a vast amount of swearing, didn't bother me but would understand if it was too much for some people. simply very funny with clever gags. Including a sex scene.
