I know that I'd been very happy with purchase, because I know the series and I think it is exellent - but unfortunatly for me, I was send illigal copied DVD's made in china, and not only are they made for the US area og zone 1 - så I had to buy a whole new DVD player to be able to see any of the disc. But the copy's were made so badly that they skip and jump all over the place. So The Star Trek Voyager is fantastic - I just can't see it on the copies I was send.
e-bay should be checking how much cheating is going on! I sure was cheated!

I read the seller's description of the item, I was under the impression that the DVD,s were UK region 2 DVD's. When the package arrived the product looked good, but upon further examination there was chinese writing all over the discs.
Not to be unfair, I decided to play the first disc. The first 5 minutes played reasonably well, but with poor colour, after that it skipped and jumped and the broken disc icon appeared on the screen.
I tried another dvd at random and the effects were the same. I thought - maybe the dvd player is faulty, so I used another dvd player, and yet another disc. Same effect 5-10 minutes and then the broken disc icon.
I contacted the seller who tried to get me to send it to a different address, I insisted on sending it to the registered paypal address.
The seller has now had the dvd's over a week and tried to get me to cancel the paypal dispute as he has said he will not refund the postage.
Beware, this seller is a scam artist and I am still waiting for a refund.
PLEASE LEARN from my experience and do not BUY from this seller.

Voyager is a great TV show, and the quality of the DVD playback on these dvds is good, however, the "Chosen Collection" are cheap Chinese knock-offs of the original DVDs from paramount. Avoid and get the real DVD boxed sets.

THE SELLER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WAS A GOOD COMMUNICATOR,
I PURCHASED THEM AS I ALL READY HAD THEM ON VIDEO BUT WAS
GETTING RID OF THE VCR.
OVER ALL I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE, I HAVE SINCE CONTACTED THE SELLAR

it was nice to be able to buy the complete series for a reasonable price. i was a little dissapointed that it has sub titles that you can't get rid of and this was not explained when i purchased it
