I dont know as the seller took my money and did not send the item, paypal awarded in my favor but I got nothing back as he had no money in his paypal account (why would he, he is a crook, and there is no protection with paypal

) It is the way to go for storage of a large number of songs in a small space on MD
I will store all my vinyl on this machine.
The quality seems as good as the normal storage rate but each disc will hold 4 times as much.
I will keep my original player so that I can move songs onto normal MD for the car.
I wanted to play a collection which I had bought on ebay from another seller.

Sony MDS-JE440 Mini Disc PlayerThis is an excellent piece of equipment. So simple and straight forward to use.It also matches the rest of my Sony equipment. It was bought to enable the transfer of a tape collection to MD's etc, and fulfills that take very easily.
The only downside, if you could call it that, is there is no headphone socket. But I knew that before I purchased it. It did everything that the seller said it would.I am very pleased that I purchased it.
