This is a great headset. I have had 4 previous headsets for my Sony Ericsson K800i and this is by far the best.

The sound quality is very good and the earpieces fit well. It is very easy to control the tracks and the volume from the inline control. If you don't get on with the supplied earpieces you can use any other with it.

The only slight problem with it is the cable is difficult to position comfortably, but this is not a major gripe.

Overall a very good stereo headset and a bargin at the price.

Nice piece of equipement for your sony phone. Don't need to take it out of your pocket. The headphone give good sound ans protect from the outside noise. The interchangeable ear fitting make it really confortable for the ears. Can as well get it really cheap on e-bay.

This headset is an original Sony Ericson part. It has all the buttons I want to control my music: Play/Stop, forward, backward, Volume up and down and of course a call answer button.

What makes it so good for me is that it really turns my phone in to an mp3 player. Without this headset I had to remove the phone from my pocket each time I wanted to change track or even the volume! I much prefer being able to control my music from the remote, especially in the cold and wet weather!

The headphones supplied are in-ear comfort phones. They come with changeable rubber covers for different size ears to make a perfect fit. They cut out most ambient noise and give good base. I think they lack the full sound experience provided by high-end, expensive, headphones but the great thing about this headset is you can change the headphones and use top quality if you prefer.

The unit is durable and can stand-up to being chucked around as is inevitable with this kind of equipment. Being so cheap on ebay, compared to shops, it's a real bargain. I don't understand why Sony Ericson doesn’t include this as standard with the phone.

okhays....first of all I bought this coz, unfortunately my old suddenly stopped working.....about this one I must say...pretty good....although the adaptor buttons are not that soft as the original one and the sound quality is not that good comparitively....but I attached my original headphone to the adaptor and it's like original....buttons, doesn't matter that much....so for that price I am happy with the product...

i bought this headset for my k800i,remote volume up and down, next and previous track buttons all work without having to look at the phone. i found to have the phone ring tone through the headset you have to be in silent mode then when the phone rang i heard it through the headset. it dose what it said on the tin.

Wicked product worth buying!!!!! Makes life so much easier by just using the compaq remote control to control music instead of whipping out your phone to change the track or volume etc!!

Great piece of kit, enables you to control the music from your phone while the phone is in your pocket.

this is a great headset to have with the sony ericsson i've found that its alot easy to use the music and change track and all that as it has the buttons on the handfree kit so i dont have to get my phone out just to change track or turn the volume the only thing i've found to the other headset i had was that the ear phones wasn't as good as the other headset as i'm using them instead but that just could be theres earphone other than that its a great item and i love them

Am using it on mu K850i as it doesn't have a Music button, and this handsfree is very convenient for stopping and playing the music without going into the phone menus. You can change the radio station using the forward and backward buttons. Only gripe is that I can't listen to most radio channels without the radio making a whining noise and detuning itself. It's made the handsfree almost useless for listening to the radio with. Have updated the handset, and the problem persists. Used it on other phones (another K850i and K750i) and the problem persists. Bought another HPM-82 and the problem persists on 3 different handsets. I will contact Sony Ericsson and see if they have an answer.
Overall, good handsfree if you don't mind losing the radio functionality.
