Had identical camera stolen last year - loved it. New one poor quality - intermittent on/off switch - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Never had this problem with original camera.

Greeeeeeeeaaaaaaat !!!!!!I DECIDED TO GO FOR THIS ITEM AS IT LOOKED SLICK AND STYLISH AND IS A EASY DIGITAL CAMERA TO USE AS I HAVE READ FROM THE REVIEWS OF THE T5. I WAS ABIT WORRIED ON THE STATE OF THE CAMERA BEFORE RECIEVING IT BUT ONCE I GOT IT I WAS THRILLED WITH THE CONDITION OF HE ITEM WHICH WAS VITUALLY BRAND NEW !!!

Best camara I've ever had by a mile. It loads up so quickly you would think it had been left on. It focuses as quick as you can take the shot . The battery seems to last forever. Its light and so slim you can carry it in your shirt pocket - its like a cigarette case. The video feature is excellent in fact second to none. Would recommend this to anyone.Also, the features are so easy to understand you dont even need a handbook. The viewfinder is large and the image is easy to see in dim light.

This is the best digital camera I have had,it is very easy to use & takes great pictures ( even close ups are not distorted).
Slimline & sturdy, fits easily in your handbag or pocket.
If I needed to replace this for any reason I would still purchase the exact same model I cannot praise this camera enough.

i bought this camera because i lost mine a few months ago, it is very slim and handy perfect to bring in outdoor occassions. with a 5.1megapixel resolution u can really capture every moment. also with a usb cable that u can easily transfer in your computer and a 4 gigabytes memory card for more storage of photos.. excellent camera... every sony camera has a different unique style., but i chose this above all because its easy to use and it will never be out of style compare to other cameras...

I LIKE THAT THE CAMERA IS SMALL WHICH I CAN CARRY ANYWHERE WITH ME AND ALSO IT IS NOT HEAVY AT ALL I DISLIKE THAT THE CAMERA HAS A ORANGE LIGHT THAT COMES ON BEFORE U TAKE THE PICTURE. I DECIDED TO BUT THIS ITEM BECAUSE ITS LIGHT AND THERE IS NO WEIGHT TO IT.

After happily using a 2 megapixel Sony DSC Camera for a few years and having been pleased with the results, I decided it was time to 'leap' forward to a higher spec version. The result of my search on eBay was to discover the Sony DSC-T5 at a very reasonable price. It is well built, gives great results and fits into my shirt pocket almost unnoticeably. The new lithium batteries give plenty of power for a full day's snapping and an evenings preview of my efforts. With a 1GB memory card, I can take over 300 photos without running out of space. The only downside is the rather weak flash, but then again a more powerful flash would mean a bigger camera and that would defeat the object! All in all a great purchase which should serve me for a few more years (until the 100 megapixel versions are available!) - RodP
