Action hero Harrison Ford stars in this non-stop adventure hit about a dream vacation that turns into a hilarious tropical nightmare!
A gruff, rough-hewn cargo pilot living in the islands, Quinn Harris (Ford) hates tourists though he's not above making a fast buck from a sharp-tongued New Yorker, Robin Monroe (Anne Heche), when she's desperate for a quick flight to Tahiti! But this already-uneasy relationship suddenly takes a nosedive when his weather beaten old plane is forced down in a storm. Now stranded together on a deserted isle, Quinn and Robin quickly discover all the perils of paradise!

This film is one I can watch over and over. It has a real feel good factor. I love the humour and romance in this film. Harrison Ford gets to be funny as well a some action scenes. I bought it because I caught part of it on the TV and wanted to see the rest of the film, I was not disappointed. I guess it could be classed as a 'chick flick' but due to the actors and actresses in it I think it would appeal to men as well.
I highly recommend this film.

Six Days, Seven Nights DVDI am an avid dvd collector. I had seen this film on the television and wanted to add it to my collection. It might be slightly dated but I do like light romantic films with added humour and this film has just that. I could not find it in any shops and managed to buy it off ebay. My family do not share my taste in films, but I have managed to watch this one quite a few times even if it's just for the tropical sceneries, the islands, the colourful sunsets, and of course, Harrison Ford. There is nothing I dislike about this film.

i can truthfully say that this an amazing film, the casting is outstanding and really laugh out loud funny, the only other person who could have stared in this film would of been sean connery as quinn ut even then i do not think that it would of been as good i love this film 10/10.

To be honest I didn't watch this DVD, it was bought for my Mum who was after it on DVD as she'd seen it recently on TV.

Six Days, Seven NightsDoesn't work. Told I brought the wrong region. Put me off buying DVDs now. E-mailed who I brought it off and they said not their fault. They put which region it was, where, I had to double check to find it hidden somewhere. I know the film and loved it so brought from ebay, now I will have to buy it in town

Having seen the film several times & being one of his favourites I purchased this as a surprise for my husband.
He really enjoys the initial frosty relationship the characters have which eventually warms into that special friendship.
An easy watching film which can be enjoyed by most ages.
