This is a great cross-section of songs performed by one of Britain's foremost Blues singers. The title track alone made this a worthy purchase, but combine this with an abundance of famous songs which Farlowe covers with consummate ease, this was the "CD find of the year" for me. Worth every penny!

) I bought chris farlowe's handbags and gladrags as apart from his sixties hits i knew nothing about him,except that his fellow entertainers call him "THE VOICE". After listening to this cd i can concur.I would therefore reccommend this cd to anyone into r&b.Best quote that sums up his voice.HIS HOARSE,GRITTY,POWERFUL VOICE CAN STILL STRIP PAINT.Even now at the age of 67 he can still do the business.
