Sanyo have produced an Uber user friendly projector here. Clear menus and simplified controls mean that the novice can get to grips quite quickly with this beast. The picture quality is excellent, even in mid-range lighting conditions. I found it works best when being shone on a 'digital grey' wall (1 part black, 5 parts white). The internal speaker is a bit weedey but chances are, you will never use it. Resonably quite for its size, any decent amp will drown it out easily. Overall, fantastic budget-to-mid price projector.
Not functioning, not even suitable for repair or use as a repair tool. Very disappointed to have wasted my money and time. The seller didnot like to reverse his idea after asking him to stop sending it rather sell me something else worth my money.
The Sanyo PLC-SW20 Multimedia Projector is now obsolete and parts are very difficult to get hold of. Production ceased around mid-late 2005. For its time, it provided reasonable quality projection at an affordable price but has been far surpassed by later models. One major drawback was the noise made by the internal fan. When talking to groups, one felt like having a hairdryer blasting above you. Nevertheless the heat output kept the room nice and warm.
it looked a good cheap projecter. but would not work. but that was not a problem. its a good projector. so i really got a good deal there.but the lamps are a lot of cash for it. so i would give this a 10 out of 10 buy one.
