Super fast memory card!!!
This card is excellent.Once you have used SanDisk Exteme you wont want to use any other type of memory card for your camera. The speed at which they write the information to the card makes you feel like you have a brand new camera after using inferior products!!Highly recommended!!

These SD's are more robust, and it is worth buying one, at least, for the recovery software. This is a separate CD enclosed with the card, and can, of course, be used to recover any media, not just this card, were it ever to fail!
I purchased the Sandisk Extreme III Memory Card of Ebay a for £12.95 and have been using it with my Samsung D103 camera.
I was advised that the memory card was designed for the serious photographer and have found that it is more than adequate for my needs. It came in a small protective plastic case along with a memory card storage wallet.
Its small – as expected it easily loads into my camera, I found that the quality of the product was excellent, the downloaded pics looked great and I was able to store 1000's of images on my camera (depending on the setting of my camera). I was also able to view and download my pics quicker than my previous memory card.
The packaging said “whether you are at 13 below or 185 F, you'll have high-speed review and download of shots, plus the ability to recover accidentally deleted pictures” – I tested this last part and found that I could recover the deleted picture as suggested by the packaging.
The card also has a lifetime warranty.
The technical part:-
- The card feature innovative Enhances Super-Parallel Processing (ESP) Technology for the fastest speeds and highest performance.
- A minimum of 20MB per second sequential read and write speed.
- The SanDisk Extreme III CompactFlash card comes with RescuePRO enabling the recovery of images, documents, mail, video, music – just about any digital file, with ease

sandisk extreme III (2Gb) SD Cardexcellent product, I use it in my camera, I had a 1 GB card and wanted more speed and more capacity. I bought it on e bay, due to the competitive cost of the product compared to shops.

Best SD card by far!What many people don't realise when shopping for memory cards is that the speed counts just as much as capacity. Obviously it matters less on the digital compact side of the photography market, but you notice a big difference between 2mb/s cards and 20mb/s cards. For me this difference is indispensible.
I keep a backup, low speed 2gb card when my Extreme III is full, but to be honest, I like to stick with the Sandisk card. It enables continuous 3fps on my D40x and means I can shoot moving objects with ease. Not only this, but the uploading of photos is of breakneck speed and I hear that using a fireware port you can transfer an entire 2gb of photos in six seconds!
Of course, not only is the speed of the card fantastic, but the quality is paramount too. In the box you get a Sandisk carry case and SD pouch, along with recovery software. I was lucky enough to get one with a free Capture One software key, which has been fantastic for processing RAW photographs.
All considered, this is a brilliant card and easily the best SD card on the market - a must buy!
