THIS IS A BRILLIANT DVD THAT FITS INTO MY BUSY LIFESTYLE THESE MINI WORKOUTS CAN BE SLOTTED INTO ANY TIME OF DAY BUT ONCE YOU HAVE DONE ONE WORKOUT YOU WANT TO DO ANOTHER ONE! THE WORKOUTS ARE SO EASY TO FOLLOW ITS JUST LIKE BEING IN AN AEROBIC STUDIO THIS IS A MUST HAVE DVD - ONCE TRIED YOU WILL NEVER LOOK BACK
If you go to Rosemary's Classes weekly, you'll find this dvd invaluable if you can't attend for whatever reason. You'll also like it if you are a beginner to exercise or quite experienced. Rosemary demonstrates all the moves and you have the choice whether to follow the exercises at a vigorous or sedate pace. You can follow the whole workout in one go (about 45-50 mins) or you can break it down into daily workouts (about 10 mins each). It's brilliant, gets your heart pumping and muscles aching!!
my wife wanted to lose weight,we look at a few dvd,and this seemed what we wanted,it has soom good diet tips and good fitness pro,also has a few recipe cards that are very good and a week meal planner.very good dvd allround.
A very good dvd, you can workout at your own pace. there is also recipes to help cut down on fat in your diet which is very usefull. It is only 60 mins long so if you have an hour to spare each day then do all the exercises if you don't have the time you can pick out the ones you have time to do.
I enjoyed the fact that there was a choice of exercises - 5 minute quick activity, warm up exercises right up to a 30 minute full fat burning routine. You also got a choice of what level you choose - dependant if you are a beginner or have been doing the routines for a little while and just want to add to the routine to make it harder. Excellent DVD would recommend
This is a good DVD- I have the Natalie Cassidy DVD which I love and wanted something a bit different to divide it up. This DVD is more old school aerobics but it is inspiring to see all the people who have lost 30 stone between them! I'm 27 and not sure this is quick enough for me...music isn't great but Rosemary isn't annoying (thought she might be!!) The mega workout is good but 2 aerobic sessions are very similar- definitly prefer Natalie Cassidy but this is great for short sections or one huge workout!! Recommended if you really like gym style aerobics!
Having looked about at other exercise DVDs I felt this one would be more suitable to somesone of my age group (old!!!). Not dissapointed, easy to follow, different leaves to choose from, bonus recipe cards and meal planner. To early to say how well it works, look out for me on e-bay looking at size 12 dresses!!!
This is very good common sense approach to excercise for all ages and fitness levels. You can do either a 10 minute session or more and also at different levels. I am 65 and can cope with almost 30 minutes of this dvd now. An working on it.
I wanted to loose a few pounds and get a bit fitter for my annual ski holiday and this is just what I needed. There are several 10 minute workouts that can be done on their own or as a 50 minute exercise programme. It also has some floor and toning exercises along with a short relaxation section at the end. Rosemary has also included some dietery tips and recipes.
You can put as much or as little into the workouts as you like, I certainly feel fitter for buying the DVD
I love this DVD. It is the best workout I have ever done. Recommend to everybody. It is easy to follow and you can do as much as you want. It is very good for beginners too.
THIS FITNESS DVD IS THE BEST IVE EVER BOUGHT, IT HAS 5 SECTIONS WHICH LAST 10 MINS EACH. I DO 2 SECTIONS EVERY DAY AND IT REALLY WORKS. AFTER 20MINS I CAN REALLY TELL I HAVE WORKED HARD. I WOULD RECCOMEND IT TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO LOOSE FAT OR JUST TONE UP.
