Rocky Horror Picture Show (DVD 2003)

I first came across this when I met my Husband as he had seen it before at the theatre several times, I went with him and was awe struck at all the men in stockings suspenders etc, it was hilarious, I had to see it again, so went the next time it was at the theatre and it was even better than the first time, what a scream. Just had to buy it on dvd as well, you have to have a crazy sense of humour to get into it, but once you do its very addictive. Cant wait until it comes to theatre again. Wasnt keen on the extras on this but the film to be watched time and time again.

Great to see this old classic again after many years and definitely one for the collection. However, not AS good as I remembered and certainly not for viewing for my 14 year old daughter, who I had thought would enjoy it! Interesting to spot Christopher Biggins as one of the chorus!

This film is one of the best cult films I have seen. Although the story is a bit obscure the music and just the weirdness of it all is wonderful. I don't think there is any bit of it I dislike, Tim Curry is such an unusual choice for this film but he carried it off to perfection.

Tim Curry amongst others is fantastic in his role, and makes this a cult classic that everyone must see at least once. The music is fabulous, the casting is spot on, and the story line completely out there. Brilliant!

I have wanted to own this title for a long time ebay gives me the best way of buying lots of differant products across a broad area of subjects

The Rocky Horror Picture show is a cult musical,I had a video copy of it some years ago,but to find the version featuring Tim Curry on a DVD was excellent.
The music is timeless,the script is Brilliant,and the acting is suitably over the top.
For anybody reading this,and thinking ,musical?sound of music? think again,The performances by Tim Curry,Susan Sarandan,Richard Obrien,et al are superb.
This Picture gets under your skin to the extent of (a)prancing round the room to the Time Warp,to(b)trying not to cry to Im going home.
This is a DVD well worth watching,for if nothing else it has a certain Mr Chris Biggins in the chorus,and Meatloaf riding a WW2 Harley Davidson(something for everybody)
This film is wonderful,to use a revolting phrase,it ticks all the boxs.

I have always loved this film and stage show and seen both too many times to admit. Can be watched again and again. Will remain a true classic for many years to come.

i caught the middle of the movie on the tele and i had to have the dvd i have watched the dvd and its brilliant im dead pleased that i purchased it?

ROCKY HORROR, WELL WHAT CAN I SAY, THIS IS THE BEST ONE WITH TIM CURRY & RICHAD O'BRIEN. I THINK THEY ARE AWESOME AND I DO THINK RICHARD IS FAB AND MY IDOL. I LOVE THIS FILM AND WATCH IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND NEVER GET BORED OF IT. I EVEN SING AND DANCE TO IT. I HAVE THE CD IN MY CAR WHICH I ALSO LISTEN TO AND WE LIKE TO SING AND DANCE TO THE TIMEWARP IN THE CAR. WE GET A FEW STRANGE LOOKS BUT HEY ITS FUN.

Fav cult movie that will continue to be popular generation after generation. Definately not for younger viewer, stick to the certifcate age guidlines. I took my daughter to see the stage production and she fell in love with the show so I bought the dvd for her.

This is well worth investing in,even if you are not a particularly fanatical fan of the movie. I decided to buy this for two reasons...my old VHS copy was getting very worn out and was living on borrowed time..and theres obviously many more interactive features on a DVD which were never possible on VHS. We really love this corny film. There are so many spoofs on old style B-movies in this film it is hilarious. It is now a cult classic in it's own right.It's even better if you have a large group watching the film (its great for Rocky Horror parties at home). With loads of opportunity for Audience Participation (AP) and throwing of various props such as rice,confetti,toilet paper etc etc plus an AP guide included on the disc,this is great for veterans and "virgins" alike. watching this film is an experience like no other..much more fun than a boring run-of-the-mill movie...a must-have classic for any collection..BUY IT!

Returned to view this film after many years and find it still so refreshing and up to date.
Superb acting from Currie etc and no faults - They do not make them like this anymore.
It is easy to miss some of the subtle punch lines and characterisations the first time round.

It doesn't get any better than the original. This is the quintessential practice for the stage show

the best musical ever, if you havnt seen it its a definate must and the play is absalutly superb highly recommended

What can you say about this classic that already hasn't been said. Jim Curry is absolutely fantastic, he has better legs than me which is a little disturbing. The music is great, the appearance of Meatloaf always good to see. If you want a feel good film this is the one!!! Absolutely great to watch, my children found this hilarious.

Was going to see the Rocky Horror Show at the theatre so i thought i had better watch it first to see what i was letting myself in for. It is a brilliant film which is lively, colourful and strange to say the least but a brilliant viewing

Saw the musical recently and loved it so had to have the DVD. I thought "Ebay" almost immediately and bought it very cheap Loved it and probably selling it ..... it needs to move on to another family me thinks x

i bought this dvd because my sister loves it, she used to own it on video but it got played to death.

this was purchased as a surprise gift for her, she loves the characters, the songs and the eccentric storyline.

i have only myself seen this movie once, so cannot really comment on it.

I love this film so much and I had been to see the Production at my local theatre. I wanted to buy it but it was quite pricey in the shops, so that's why I bought from Ebay. I got a good Price and Royal Mail were very quick to deliver it. I had a trouble free transaction and would certainly use the seller again. The Dvd was packaged perfectly and was sealed, so that told me it was new as described from the seller.

A fabulous must have purchase for any Rocky Horror Show fan or 70's enthusiast!
Fun from start to finish with songs that you just want to sing along to! Would highly recommend to watch before seeing the stage musical.

Loved it went and seen live show in edinburgh playhouse last nite and thought have to get the film version can`t wait
