This epic collection of led zeppelins music selected and produced by Jimmy Page (who i beleive is one of the greatest guitarist of all time) is brilliant for new listeners of led zeppelin and is a great summary of their best material if you are a distinguished fan.
Of course as you know led zeppelin are an awesome band and one that will always have a high reputation amongst music lovers. The first album is probably the best ending with the fantastic stairway to heaven but the second album also has some amaizing songs such as Kashmir, Houses of the Holy and many others.
If you dont have this already buy it now!

Numb MusicI hate this remastered stuff, it simply lacks any feel or get up and go, more like count sheep and nod off.
The vinyl and CD (Vinyl Issues) are so much better. Lots of raw energy and music with atmosphere.
Remastered, no thanks. you would be better off listening to Christie or Edison Lighthouse.
Remember this is my opinion, not yours, before purchasing any music, you should at least attempt to listen to the album in question or other material by the artist.

I had this on tape years ago and remembered it being a great selection of songs, getting hold of it again, I wasn't dissappointed.
An excellent, digitally remastered selection of Led Zeppelin. A great introdution to their music for somebody coming to them for the first time, or as a way of mixing some of their best work together on two, jam packed CD's.

Everyone should try this album. Some real classic stuff and altho i dont listen to much before 1990's (im not that old) i have really accepted it after listing to this. Its a good way to go as its got all the best songs and altho im not a fan of some of them they are all good. For the time its was really revolutionary stuff and i love jimmy page's sound.. well worth getting just to try it out and maybe expand your collection across a few decades..
