  The best workout DVD ever!!!

I love this DVD, I have been doing this for about 4 weeks and lost 1 stone, and feel so much better than before.

One thing to look out for though, is that most of the moves are not explained so it is a matter of watching and doing as you go along, but this doesn't usually take long and is definately worth it.

This DVD is soooo much fun and definately the best out of the pump it up collection.

A really good thing is, once you have got into the routine you can actually turn the comments off and just enjoy the music.

If you are a beginner I would not recommend this as it is fast paced and unless you know lots of aerobics moves already you will get lost.
However this is fantastic!! I was sweating in no time and I couldn't finish it as I was so worn out(and I grew up dancing!) I can see how these dancers are so damn fit!

And the 'call on me' moves may look slutty in the video but my god are they tough on the body!

Also note that there isn't an actual dance routine that you learn, it's purely aerobics but with a touch of dance to it.

  Really Good Fun!

When I bought this DVD I was very sceptical and wasn't sure if it would be any good. Thats probably due to the girls in the skimpy outfits on the cover!
Anyhow it was recommended by someone so I decided to get it.
It has great music on it and its really good fun. The moves aren't explained that well and it can be a bit difficult to follow but oh my, the laughs I have had trying to keep up! (Although I do not have the best co-ordination!) The instructor Deanne and the girls look great which gave me something to aspire to and the DVD has 5 different sections consisting of Warm Up, Dance it Off, High Energy, Legs Bums and tums (Floorwork) and a Cool Down Section. So you can dip in as you like. I recommend this dvd, it really is fun and makes you sweat at the same time!

This is the first exercise DVD i have used and i found it easy to follow, although did have a little trouble keeping up with steps - but i think thats more my fault. It lasted about 1hr 10min if you did the while routine but there is the option to just do parts of it which i think is good. I didnt feel too tired after - just enought for a beginner i think! All in all i think i will using it regulary to try and tone up!

A great workout, presented in a really nice way by Deanne Berry and co (the girls from the 'call on me' video) divided into sections so you can do different bits depending on your needs. Includes a warm up and cool down sections. Great fun way to get fit!

The Free iPhone Guide

To get yourself a free iPhone all you have to do is follow the 3 easy steps:

Step 1 : Sign up for a free iPhone
Sign up at the link below to get your free iPhone. We recommend this free iPhone site because it's been TRIED and TESTED to work.

http://Gifts.real-incentives.com/2992 (copy and paste into browser)

You can choose other prizes like free consoles from this site too! Make sure you use a real email address. Use your real details when you sign up so that the company knows where to send your iPhone! Remember that they have been proven legitimate, so will send you your free iPhone if you do everything legitimately!

Step 2 : Try an advertiser's offer
Basically all you need to do in this step is complete one of the offers, this is where the freebie site make their money, if you complete an offer then the freebie site will recieve commission for it. So if you complete Coral which will only cost you £5 to complete, the freebie site gets £25 from Coral. The two best offers are Lovefilm Free DVD rental (rent two DVD's, keep them for about 2 days, send them back and then cancel the trial) and Coral (bet £5 on a sport). I would reccommend you do Coral as it credits in an hour and is really simple to do, Lovefilm however can become complicated and takes up to 2 weeks to credit! You can also try one of the other offers, most are gambling offers. Don't skip this step! You must complete this step to get your free iPhone!

Step 3 : Refer some friends
This part is a lot easier than it seems, especially now with free iPhone sites getting so popular. There's lots of people online who want a free iPhone too, so start referring them! You only need to get a few signups before you'll be finished. You can ask your friends or your online buddies. I already got a free PS3, Wii, and XBOX Elite without even having to ask my friends for help - there's lots of people online who want a free iPhone like you! One of the easiest ways to get a referral is to do a favour for a friend and ask them to sign up in return. That way, you both can get a free iPhone!

Basic rules
Don't break these rules! This is the only reason that you won't get your free iPhone, so make sure you follow these rules!

- One account per household - don't use a public computer to sign up!
- Use real information - this is a proven legitimate site and they will not give out your information.
- Only complete each offer once! You cannot complete the same offer again, even for different freebies.
- Don't try to cheat the system. This site has been proven legitimate, and they will catch you if you try to cheat. If you do everything legitimately, by following this guide, you will get a free iPhone!

Thats all, just follow my guide and you will have your free iPhone in no time.

Thank you.

Review created: 16/01/08

This DVD is excellent for losing weight if you love the music it makes it so much easier dancing, sorry exercising! to your favourate tunes. There is a great variety of workouts and the levels increase throughout the DVD, it takes practice to get all the routines until you've done the DVD a few times but its great learning the moves. I still haven't fathemed some of them out but it sheds the pounds trying !

Hard work, but that's what you want from a fitness dvd!
Review created: 15/01/08

I bought this dvd from ebay after reading lots of reviews to make sure I got the best one as there are now many out by Ministry of Sound. I was looking for a DVD that was fun and with dance that actually felt like I had done a proper work out.

Well I definately feel like I have pumped it up after the warm up and 10 minutes of the work out section! The music is great as it's stuff you recognise and the tempo is just right for each section.

The sections are:

Warm Up: This is stretching at first, then it gets more up beat with moves that I thought would be in the main section! It is good as it doesn't take too long to get going

Main Fitness Section: This is really hard going but after the warm up I felt I could do some of it. I felt a bit silly doing some of the moves as my boyfriend was watching (If you have seen the call on me video which this is based on then you will know what I mean - pelvic thrusting lol) It takes a few goes to get the moves but this is good as once you have then sorted then you don't have to listen to them being explained each time you do the DVD.

The Dance Section: I haven't tried this yet - just watched it lol. It's more based on the video.

Bums and Tums: This section is great to do once you have had enough of the upbeat stuff! It really stretches your muscles and you can feel the sit ups and press ups working.

Chill Out: This is the cool down section

This is a good fitness dvd if you accept that it's a bit silly and don't feel too disheartened by just how good the dancers bodies are! Have a laugh at what they are wesring and feel better then.

I love this dvd! I have loads of workout dvd's & this is one of the best! It's great fun to do & the exercises are quite different than the normal ones you see. The work outs get quite hard but it gives you something to aim for. The music is great too & this work out always puts me in a good mood afterwards. I definately recomend it!

Pump It Up - Feel The Burn
Review created: 13/01/08
by:

This dvd is fantastic for those that are already fit. It may be a little too intense for beginners and therefore put them off. It's a great cardio workout and helps build your legs, going that bit further then just toning. There's a section for your butt and abs that is good but nothing to help your arms or shoulders. Perfect if you are beyond the celebrity workouts and want something more demanding.

hi there
the best thing about this dvd was the music! as the actual work out it self was way too fast to keep up with, and quite a few of my friends said the same as me! really it should state not for beginners as they don't really run you through the actual workout so i rated this dvd below average

  Dance & Get Fit!
Review created: 27/09/07

This DVD is fantastic in every way.

I would say it is aimed at the younger generation because of the club music and dance moves but it really does work wonders.

So many fitness DVDs today promise results and you never see them or get bored halfway through and I can safely say this didn't happen with me. I lost all my weight after having my 3 year old daughter and actually got my toned tummy back after a month or so of doing it.

The workout itself is quite intense and really gets a sweat worked up but the end results are well worth it. Its also got extras on the DVD like the music videos, behind the scenes etc and it has a great warm up and cool down section as well as a section for bums and tums and a dance it out section.

I would recommend this every time as I went from a wobbly size 12 after having a baby to a slim toned size 6 using this and eating properly and I felt so fit and healthy.

What I will say though is do not try and do it all at once like I did (ouch, painful muscles) and ALWAYS do the warm up and cool down.

Other than that, have fun and dance yourself fit! It worked for me! :)

An entertaining workout for seasoned aerobicisers
Review created: 06/07/07
by:

There's some fun routines in here, and it will definitely get you sweating; however if you're new to areobics/dance it might be more than a bit daunting, not least because it's useful to know a bit about how to protect your knees, back etc when you do the different exercises so you don't do yourself damage - during the routines there's no info given along these lines. The more recent Pump It Up (Burn it Lose it) has more of a professional approach - it's fairly obvious that Deanne Berry didn't get her instructor credentials until after the Ultimate Dace Workout was made. Having said that, I've really enjoyed doing this one - it's very varied with some impossibly gorgeous young things jumping about in some extremely scary 80s outfits to highly energetic music. And you can have extra fun looking out for those whoops! moments when Deanne and the guys forget what they're doing but carry on with winning smiles nonetheless. I'd say it's worth the investment - and it makes Davina look incredibly dull.
