This DVD is brilliant especially if you like dance music, the club tracks are banging and the choreography is superb, i have another 2 of the pump it up dvds but i really think this one is the best so far, the DVD is split into 4 Categories; 1.WARM UP; the first minutes will get you motivated with a low impact aerobic dance moving into low impact boxing moves. 2.AEROBIC; this section is a very high impact aerobic section which really gets your heart racing, although you will not give in for the soundtrack is too good! 3. BPM; This section shows you a few really funky dance moves which also will burn of the calories. 4: BOXING; This is a 15 minute boxing section which is really cleverly put together and the first song is a real club hit! 5; KNOCK OUT; This section is a below the belt toning section which really gives your legs, thighs and stomach a really good work out!!! You will not be diszpointed if you love working out and Luurrve a few groovey dance tunes!! ENJOY .
This is a really good video - I have the other one too and they are very different but still have some top tunes. More things like squats and lunges involved in this video and some of the moves take some practice to get to grips with - but for someone who wants a really good work out and likes boxercise you will love it! I would def. recommend!

I like this work out dvd because it has really good music and has different levels for beginners to pro. It is easy to get the hang of the moves and is fun! I did this work out and diffenetly felt it the next day.I have reccommended it to my friends as a good all round work out.
I have this and It is a great DVD To help you loose weight aswel as have fun. Also you listen to great music and workout instructors give you guided instructions and workout movements. Highly recomended
I brought this dvd cos over the last 3 years I have put on a stone in weight...and to be honest...being a student.....Ive become rather lazy when it comes to excersise. Im onw of thos epeole who need to be entertained and enjoying themselves to keep it and and by george this dvd does that well.
Im not a fit person, and after doing the dvd once I was shattered, my legs abnd stomach really hurt. I did it the next day and was almost crippled with pain when attempting to walk down the stairs...which tbh is my own fault becaus eIm so unfit. But the fact that u can 'feel the burn' makes u really know that this dvd is working.
The only dissapionting bit is BPM mainly cos I cant dance and this really doesnt help. I have 2 left feet which gets me confused and I have to skip that section. Its fun but doesnt feel like a workout.
You have a low intensity option and high intenesity as well as the meduim one demonstrated by dianne barry. She's friendly and you can tell shes working hard as her hair falls out of its pony tail by the end andshe finds it hard to talk. they all sweat (bar the high intensity bloke).
Have been using Natalie Cassidys DVD for a few weeks now (and have lost 5lbs in 3 weeks!) but fancied having another DVD in case I got bored.
This DVD is good, mainly due to the music, and dance section but as far as actualy working you out properly goes its not as good as the Natalie dvd. I didnt get half as out of breath or sore mainly due to the fact the trainer dosent go through the moves slowly enough to allow you to pick them up so you spend most of the time standing watching or making a half hearted attempt. Will keep trying at it but tempted to stick to my other dvd as it works!!
EXCELLENT DVD, NOT TOO HARD TO FOLLOW THE STEPS AFTER A BIT OF PRACTISE AND REALLY DOES GIVE YOU THAT WORKOUT YOU NEED TO START SHIFTING THOSE INCHES.FUN TO DO AS THE MUSIC IS UPBEAT.KEEP A BOTTLE OF WATER HANDY THOUGH.AFTER FIRST TIME DOING THE WORKOUT DIDNT FEEL ACHY NEXT DAY LIKE SOME EXERCISE REGIMES BUT DID FEEL AS IF IT IS WORKING ON THOSE WOBBLY BITS.NOT BORING AS GOES THROUGH DIFFERENT STEP ROUTINES IN EACH SECTION AND YOU CAN LEARN SOME NICE LITTLE MOVES AT THE SAME TIME-WOULD ADVISE ANYONE WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT OR TONE UP TO GET THIS DVD AND LEAVE IT IN THE DVD PLAYER-PUT IT ON ANY TIME YOU FEEL THE SNACK ATTACK COMING ON AND DO SOME MOVES INSTEAD!!
If you want to keep fit then this is the way to go! I have all of the pump it up DVDS, they all work in different ways and are all really good fun to do aswell! Well worth buying!
This is the first fitness DVD I have ever bought and yes I do feel a bit silly doing the DVD but it is very good. I especially like the boxing sessions, admittedly it is a bit cheesy and the woman is a bit annoying but it is quite easy to follow. There are a few moves which take a while for my brain to work out but I think I will get the hang of them eventually. The sound track is good and there are different people doing different ability workouts if you feel that you can't do what the woman is doing. I am very impressed!
Great work out and great music to keep you motivated! A little hard to follow but i'm sure with time it will be easy enough once steps and moves are learnt properly. Definately reccomend to others.
I think this is a must for anyone who is looking for a keep fit dvd, the tunez are wicked. i think that is why i like it so much as i have tried various keep fit dvds before and havent really got along with any of them but with this one i actually cannot wait to put it on!! there is absolutly nothin i dislike about this dvd! infact i like itso much im going to buy the dance mix version aswell!
A great DVD. Divided into 5 sections - you can do them all (about 1 hour 15 minutes) or any combination for a quick workout. Each section is well described and they gradually build up the routines so you can keep up. Too much to do the first time, but after a few goes it becomes easier. A really good total workout.
Really good soundtrack, get's you moving, lots of variation & quite easy to follow. It has a good selection of exercises for you to choose from and the section's can be mixed and matched, there is also an easy routine or slightly harder one led by two seperate fitness dancers. This is quite energetic & certainly get's your heart rate up & you do feel like you are exercising. I would say this dvd would suit a range of ages & fitness levels, it is my first time & my fitness level is not high and I found it quite good to follow. My rating is GOOD.
1hr 15min workout loosely based on boxing. Excellent cardio, appropriate easier/harder options. They look like they are enjoying themselves and you can see them sweat!
Needed it for work. The pupils enjoy doing dvd workouts.The dvd was in good condition and came very quickly and the pupils really enjoyed working to it.
THIS WORKOUT IS ONE OF THE BEST PUMP IT UP DVD WORKOUTS MADE SO FAR!, IVE EVEN JUST PURCHASED THE LATEST PUMP IT UP DANCEMIX DVD, BUT I HAVE TO SAY THIS ONE WAS THE BEST FOR ME AS IT REALLY FOCUS'S ON TONING UP THEM PROBLEM AREAS. I LOST A STONE WITH HEALTHY EATING AND DOING THIS DVD 3 TIMES A WEEK LAST YEAR AND WOULD REALLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!
The aerobic part of this workout is made up of 3 sections, 2 of which are very good, unfortunately the middle workout whilst fun, doesn't tone or make you work up a sweat. Luckily the DVD allows you to set your own workout so I just miss this one out.
Fantastic workout dvd, using newer tunes which I thought was fantastic, also all the individual sections are great especially the boxing part its a great stress reliever. Quite a strenuous work out but it is easy enough to work yourself up to the level required, and the fact that there is always the high impact or low impact option is great as you can go between both. Great fitness dvd!!
