Bjork - Post (CD 1999)

I've always been a huge Bjork fan and love scooping her albums up for cheap on ebay, I think this one cost me £3 or something so understandably i was already chuffed when it came through the door. But, 'Post' really is something else entirely and just goes to show you should never think one of Bjork's albums could be worse than the rest; she only makes the outstanding. My two favourite tracks are '5 years' and 'All Neon Like'. Otherworldly, passsionate and with the most amazing vocals you will ever hear!

This is a fabulous album that I would never be without. When clearing out my CD cupboard (which all went on eBay, of course!) this was one that I held on to very tightly. It portrays an intriguing mixture of emotions with the result that there is never a dull moment. I like to line my speakers up and position myself exactly where the sound from each one meets to really maximise the tension in the music. A highly recommended album that is bound to inspire you.
