Nice version of a modern classic

Most people know of this album, indeed most people probably own it by now! I bought it when it actually came out, back in 1999, to poor reviews and little fanfare. I even bought all the singles, as I have nearly all of Moby's singles to date; so why do you ask, did I buy it again, when I probably have all the tracks anyway?
Well, as you can probably deduce, I'm a bit of a Moby fan and collector, having gotten the bug when 'Everything is Wrong' came out. There are other reasons for buying this box set however; firstly some of the b-side tracks differ slightly from the versions released on the original singles; secondly, it's nice to have these great tracks, which I never really get round to listening to, in one place; thirdly, the packaging is superb, a decent thick card slipcase with differing artwork, better quality paper for the CD booklets, etc. and it looks good on the shelf!
My recommendation, especially if you don't have the standard album, is that this is the version to go for. The b-side tracks are a little harder, more 'experimental' than the album, but still classic Moby. If you have the standard album, but not the singles and have yet to hear the b-sides, this really is a great purchase and costs little more than the stand-alone 'Play - The B-Sides' CD, but you get a great box too!
