Without being awesome this is a good 3 or 4 out of 5 film.

Its watchable but don't have really high expectations otherwise you will be dissappointed.

I love the whole pirates of the caribbean trilogy, the first two films were fantastic, this one is also really good but seems slightly long, still a great film with some great actors, scenes, effects and props, as before Johnny Depp is brilliant in this. I would highly recommend this movie

  Three of the Best
Review created: 26/06/08

Many good films have follow up's, and sometimes they are just as good, mostly not so. Pirates of the Caribbean started as it meant to go on. From film one they have left you wanting more, and they have not dissapointed. Each new film has been as good as the last, some may even say better. The quality of each film has to be taken seperatly, and I feel sure that even the hardest critic has to agree they have all been first class in that department. This the latest of the trilogy, and once again it has scored top marks. Brilliant in it's conception, the story has grown and developed into a masterpiece that Walt Disney always produce at the right time. Many fans will I am sure hope and pray that Disney's production team will do a 'Douglas Adams' and produce a trilogy in four parts. Keep looking at the horizon, the Black Pearl must surly be only a heartbeat away, if you please poppet.

Disapointed Dan.

  PotC - at worlds end
Review created: 27/05/08
by:

War is often an ugly and confusing mess. I don't know what the heck is going on in the Middle East right now. Such is the case with Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. Swords are drawn, cannons are fired and squid-headed men fight but half the time I didn't know what was happening. Although visually impressive, At World's End is a bitter disappointment considering how fresh and exciting the crew was just a few years ago.

From what I could gather the British are after the pirates, the immortal Davy Jones is after more pirates - Jack Sparrow (Jonny Depp) in particular - and essientially all of pirate-dom is after one another. Alliances are made then broken, mended and broken again. Sword fights ensue, Johnny Depp prances around like Keith Richards, Keith Richards plays himself and pirate ships sail about the ocean blue. And somewhere in there Jack Sparrow somehow managed to escape the sea creature that he jumped during the film's previous installment.

Great action packed film, but slightly confusing at times (or am I thick?). Great family entertainment, and of course for the women, Johnny Depp is GOD! Personally I didn't think it was as good as the first 2 movies!

Pretty good film as the 3rd in a trilogy goes
Review created: 04/05/08
by:

Not a bad film and it has its funny moments and surreal ones to!
As the 3rd picture in the trilogy it doesn`t quite live up to the previous two but then again there are a lot worst trilogies out there!
I bought this one to complete the trilogy and think it is still very good value for money and well worth having.

qed10 ( 21)

In this film the best bits are the parts when the y are actually on the deck of the boat in the middle of the fight. The reason we bought this was because we had the others and for my daughters 11th birthday. She and my other daughter really enjoyed it along with my wife. I would definatly reccomened to any family. The rating may be 12 but anyone above 9 would be able to see it. I highly reccomed it and hope that you will have many happy hours watching ang watching this fabulous film.

  The Free iPhone Guide

The Free iPhone Guide

To get yourself a free iPhone all you have to do is follow the 3 easy steps:

Step 1 : Sign up for a free iPhone
Sign up at the link below to get your free iPhone. We recommend this free iPhone site because it's been TRIED and TESTED to work.

http://apple.freebiejeebies.co.uk/4425 (copy and paste into browser)

You can choose other prizes like free ipod touch from this site too! Make sure you use a real email address. Use your real details when you sign up so that the company knows where to send your iPhone! Remember that they have been proven legitimate, so will send you your free iPhone if you do everything legitimately!

Step 2 : Try an advertiser's offer
Basically all you need to do in this step is complete one of the offers, this is where the freebie site make their money, if you complete an offer then the freebie site will recieve commission for it. So if you complete Coral which will only cost you £5 to complete, the freebie site gets £25 from Coral. The two best offers are Lovefilm Free DVD rental (rent two DVD's, keep them for about 2 days, send them back and then cancel the trial) and Coral (bet £5 on a sport). I would reccommend you do Coral as it credits in an hour and is really simple to do, Lovefilm however can become complicated and takes up to 2 weeks to credit! You can also try one of the other offers, most are gambling offers. Don't skip this step! You must complete this step to get your free iPhone!

Step 3 : Refer some friends
This part is a lot easier than it seems, especially now with free iPhone sites getting so popular. There's lots of people online who want a free iPhone too, so start referring them! You only need to get a few signups before you'll be finished. You can ask your friends or your online buddies. I already got a free PS3, Wii, and XBOX Elite without even having to ask my friends for help - there's lots of people online who want a free iPhone like you! One of the easiest ways to get a referral is to do a favour for a friend and ask them to sign up in return. That way, you both can get a free iPhone!

Basic rules
Don't break these rules! This is the only reason that you won't get your free iPhone, so make sure you follow these rules!

- One account per household - don't use a public computer to sign up!
- Use real information - this is a proven legitimate site and they will not give out your information.
- Only complete each offer once! You cannot complete the same offer again, even for different freebies.
- Don't try to cheat the system. This site has been proven legitimate, and they will catch you if you try to cheat. If you do everything legitimately, by following this guide, you will get a free iPhone!

Here the link again:- http://apple.freebiejeebies.co.uk/4425

Thats all, just follow my guide and you will have your free iPhone in no time.

Thank you.

Pirates Of The Caribbean - At World's End (DVD)
Review created: 10/04/08

While Dead Man's Chest was a damp squib enlivened by a giant squid, the third entry in the Pirates series clunks like a rusty anchor. Captain Jack (Johnny Depp) and the rest of the Black Pearl's crew may return, but director Gore Verbinski cares more about tying up every loose end before the bum-numbing, 169 minute running time expires. Talky, action-lite and saved only by Depp's increasingly cavalier performance, it's less At World's End than When Will It End?

"Do you think he plans it all out or just makes it up as he goes along?" wonders a gob-smacked marine as Cap'n Jack pulls off another convoluted double cross. It's a question you could ask of writers Ted Elliott and Terry Rossio: they're clearly sailing by the seats of their pants (shooting started before the script was finished) and the results are messy. In brief, the plot follows Will Turner (Orlando Bland, sorry Bloom) and his fiancée (Keira Knightley) as they release Jack from Davy Jones' Locker and try to convince the other eight Pirate Lords to unite against scheming Lord Beckett (Tom Hollander).

"A JOYLESS BORE"

No cannibals, no kraken, no water wheel: World's End is duller than a Disneyland ride during a power cut. It spends half its time trying to sort out who wants what and why, the other half ferrying people hither and thither across the seven seas trying to find it. It's a joyless bore and while Depp's on undeniably good form (the deliciously delirious Davy Jones Locker sequence is a treat) he can't stop the script from sinking under the weight of its own bilge. It'll take a pirate's bounty at the box office, but anyone who thinks it's in the same league as the original should walk the plank...

As a fan of Captain Jack, and owner of the other two Pirates of Carribran thought it time to complete the collection.
Lots of different storylines, so hard at times to keep track. But for any fan of Captain Jack, its worth adding to the collection!

THIS WAS THE BEST PRICE. QUICK SERVICE FOR DELIVERY, PAYPAL IS VERY EASY TO USE FOR PAYMENTS. The film starts out a little slow, but gradually warms up. im a great fan of the three films, but feel the first one to be the best of the triology, and expected the following two to be even better, they were good, but lacked some suspense.

Amazing film full of action packed adventure on the high seas!, with love, romance, & a possible continuation thrown in just for good measure. Anyone who enjoys a good story, & loads of Johnny Depps', should definately get this film.

It is my favourite from the trilogy but should definately be viewed with the other two.

ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Superbad
Review created: 18/03/08

the main plot is about a party they hae to buy booze for but getting in trouble on tere way (fights, cops, homeless people, fake id)

Well imagine my surprise to find that the unrated version of this teen comedy contains as many laughs as it does #*@!*%!-ing language! Not bad, for a movie that's described on the commentary track as "a film with a lot of dick, but not a lot of heart.

I beg to differ. Seth ("Knocked Up") and Evan ("Arrested Development") are made for each other. Like the real Evan Goldberg and Seth Rogen, who began writing this script when they were 13, these two are inseparable because their sensibilities are so similar. But this is their last spring together, because in the fall Evan and their geeky third-wheel friend Fogel (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) are going to be roommates at Dartmouth, while Seth has to attend a state school. That's the poignant underpinning. But of course, guys being guys, there's just one "I love you, man" moment that seems patterned after a beer commercial. The rest of their time is spent cheerfully cursing, talking outrageously in public ("No one's gotten a hand job in cargo shorts since 'Nam") and trying to score so they can go to college with some experience.

The thing is, these guys aren't exactly social butterflies. The running gag is that no one ever sees them at parties, with the two of them saying how many other things are on their plates. Yeah, right. Fact is, they haven't been invited to a party, until just recently. And that invitation kind of comes with a catch. Seth promised he could score the alcohol for this underage bunch, because he has the hots for the hostess--a pretty girl he teamed up with in a home ec class, of all things. It was supposed to be a piece of cake, because Fogel just got a fake ID. Trouble is, he got an ID that said he was from Hawaii, and if that wasn't bad enough, this guy who looks 13 had them put 25 on his fake license, with a geeky photo ("You look like a future pedophile in this picture"), and he only used a single name: McLovin.

It goes from bad to superbad as McLovin gets clocked by a convenience-store robber when he's trying to buy the booze, which hooks him up with two of the most hilarious (and incompetent) cops since Barney Fife. Co-writer Seth Rogen and Bill Hader have some real "Saturday Night Live" fun with these characters, and as they take McLovin on calls with them, it just gets funnier and funnier. Through a series of mishaps, Evan and Seth, meanwhile, end up at an adult party, where Seth works on "plan B" to try to get the booze. Then we see Seth and Evan trying to score with their respective "hard-ons," with Jules (Emma Stone) the teetotaler and Becca (Martha MacIsaac) the out-of-control, "I wanna give him a blowjob" ready-to-puke drunk.
