Was bought for the wife at her request for xmas. It contains 3 fitness programs which take approx 20-25 mins each. You can do all 3 programs one after the other if your fit enough. The yoga is good for loosening up your mid-section. The Balanceball section provides a different (and sometimes funny) approach to fitness.
Pilates is, as pilates does.
All in all - she enjoys working out to this dvd and recommends it to the more experienced exerciser.
