Get the results you want, your way: welcome to the very first interactice fitness DVD!
This DVD acts as a personal trainer and will offer the user workouts and the relevant nutritional advice tailored specifically for them. There are over 96 workout combinations here; no chance of getting bored!
It's this easy:
1. Choose the body part you want to work on
2. Choose the intensity level
3. Choose the amount of time you have
And that's it! There is even the option to turn off the instructor's voice so you can work out just to the music. Featuring qualified celebrity trainer Nicki Waterman (GMTV) and leading nutritionist Dr Sarah Schenker.

Personal Trainer - Interactive DVD 2004Bought this DVD with the intention of getting fit but spent my entire time laughing at the lady dancing in her velour tracksuit. Not inspirational at all.

Personal Trainer Interactive DVDAbsolutely brilliant DVD.
Once you're familiar with the introduction you can skip it and just get on and enjoy the workout. Because of the interactive feature you choose which part of the body you want to work on and for how long - from 10 - 60 minutes, depending on how many parts of the body you choose to work out. This means that this exercise DVD can fit in to EVERYBODY'S way of life - no matter how busy you are.
The exercises are simple and not "too fancy" - some you could even do whilst sat watching telly.
Music is fun too and you can choose the option to just do it to the music, without the instructor speaking, other than to guide you initially.
They also use "normal" people - not skinny minnies in lycra.
Another feature is the nutritional tips that go with every workout. NO not DIETS... just healthier options. Easy to take on board and follow.
Three different levels from beginner to advanced, and because of the interactive nature of the DVD there are endless different workouts meaning you never get bored.
Me (and my kids) love this DVD... So buy it and have fun whilst getting fit.

as i am disabled i bought this to help keep my weight down and remain active. this is a great dvd as it lets you work at the pace you are able to.and it is very easy to follow.
