Good product .poor after sales

The performance of the DV10 is very, good and I bought it for its versatility.However after 130 hours of use it broke down.Unfortunately my warranty had expired by about two months so I removed the faulty part which was a broken colour wheel,and contacted otoma,who said that they would not sell me the part because I was not an authorized repairer. I was informed that the projector would have to be returned to them for repair costing approx £100.00.[Very disappointing after sales service.]

This projector "does everything that it says on the tin": that is it provides a high-quality, trouble-free way of viewing DVDs as if one were at a cinema. All one has to do is plug it in, place it at a convenient distance from a screen or plain wall, focus the image, and sit back to watch & listen in stereo.

simple to use and excellent viewing. bought to lookat photos on cd dvd which it does extremely well. able to get support form the company and help when needed
