This is a top class lens for the price
It allows me to take 'photos in my club golf competitions without the players being aware and thus not disturbing them
I can also take close-ups of my grandchildren at play again without them being aware
I am also taking close-ups of birds in my garden
I've only had it for a month and I am quite sure I will find many more uses in the future

simplicity with excellenceI chose this lens because i think that one should always have a zoom lens handy especially when you own an excellent piece of kit like the E410.
I have used this lens in a low light situation with the subject moving around about 200m away on a aperature priority setting and outcome was unbelievable (believe when i say i am a genuine novice at slr photography). i really do love this lens, it does exactly what the people at olympus said.
