The ties are off and the collars are out for this breezy third entry in the slick crime caper serial in which the ever-smug Danny Ocean (George Clooney) and his misfit band of thieves are starting to feel the pinch of old age. When bespectacled oldster Reuben (Elliot Gould) has a heart attack after being duped out of some lucrative Vegas real estate by hotel developer Willy Banks (an unusually demure Al Pacino), Danny and the boys are drafted in to bust him down a few pegs.

There’s a sense that the filmmakers have taken note of criticisms aimed at the sub-par ‘Ocean’s Twelve’ (love interests and pop cultural references are a no-show), though in doing so they seem inadvertently to have remade ‘Ocean’s Eleven’. Thematically, though, this is an improvement on its forebears, mainly due to the way it deals – much like Scorsese’s best work – with the archaic nature of the criminal set: gadget men puzzled by advancing technology; eyes rolled at witty one-liners; action sequences cut through with ruminations on ‘the good old days’.

Even Soderbergh’s once-agile camera seems a little more sedate than usual, perhaps finding the industrious director in a more plaintive mood after a string of coolly-received projects. But whether the ‘Ocean’s…’ franchise is really going to fold will surely be for the box office – and not that big craps table in the sky – to decide.

Ocean's 13 is really good, as are the other films in the series.
I was expecting to see a normal heist (probably in a casino) with some style, but I got more.
Ocean's 11 was straightforward substance, with a great twist at the end, and Ocean's 12 was similar.
But Ocean's 13 is different, yet is still a good follow-up and a very entertaining film.
Al Pacino plays the villain, and Matt Damon, George Clooney and Brad Pitt all return
to pull off an impossible heist.
The script is sleek, and sometimes adds the needed humour in the film in the right places.
It's perfect for evening entertainment, because you can see what it's like in the life of
people that are smarter, funnier, and way cooler than you.

Without doubt the best of the trilogy. I was recently given an iPod Touch for my birthday. I intend to put on some of my favourite films and this is one of them.

I saw this dvd on trailers for other films and liked the idea of a third sequel to the films.Watched the film and must say it was a brilliant film, possibly the best of the three. It was cleverly put together and I fully enjoyed all of it.

I have Ocean's eleven, twelve and now thirteen. I really enjoyed this film and thought that it was very well thought out. It is nice to see a film that uses the same actors all the way through. This film is worth watching if you have seen the other two.
Excellent buy and worth a review.

This is a must-have for everybody who has seen both Ocean's Eleven and Twelve and that's why I bought it in first place. Excellent and unmistakeable sense of humor, great story and yet another great actor's performance, top-class entertainment. I tend to watch it every day just to cheer myself up once again.

Thought film was ok. Not half as good as the previous two. Was I disappointed ? No! Not as good as the third in the Die Hard series or indeed the Lethal Weapon series. Enjoyed it all the same and pleased to make up the set

Highly exhilarating film fun from the word 'go'.
Like the first ones but a million times better. George Clooney and Brad Pitt are to die for, their sexy mannerisms and swarve acting makes them the 00's Vegas mobsters/Hustlers. Bernie Mac still an outstanding part played by him, a loud mouth African with a lot to talk about. Matt Damon with his sexy but nervous personality is the ideal part to play although its not easy having your father watching over your should on the latest hustle.
Al Pacino is wonderful as the Casino manager after buying his latest piece of land to build one the biggest casino's on Las Vegas boulevard. Andy Garcia (also in 11 and 12) is still his proud, mean self as usual he is still trying to make money out of anything but oceans band of men won't let that happen....
A must have film to see.

I loved this film.
Saw lots of places in Las Vegas that I recognised.
Lots of twists and turns.
Who is ripping-off who?
Who is breaking the rules?
Who will win - well we know that!!
George and Brad are brilliant as ever, but so are all the rest of the cast.
One to watch and enjoy.

This one is better than Oceans Twelve, although it is similar!
Matt Damon is up to his best, and the soundtrack is wicked! The english accent still crap though.

  Ocean's Thirteen
Review created: 31/01/08

This is the 3rd film in the trilogy and the least likable. I found the plot a bit weak eventhough it had Al Pacino replacing the two women. Forone I'm glad they got rid of Julia Roberts as her acting abilities are lacking and weak.
The plot starts with Ocean's team against Al Pacino, a ruthless casino boss, and while the script perhaps lacks the cleverness and dense plotting that worked so well in the first adventure and second, it still leaves plenty of room for an enjoyable story. The third installment of Steven Soderbergh's slick, star-studded heist series stars as Danny Ocean (George Clooney) and company pulling off another elaborate caper, this time in the name of revenge. Reuben Tishkoff (Elliott Gould),lies nearly comatose after a myocardial infarction brought on by shock. His dreams of regaining his former glory on the Vegas strip have been dashed by the dastardly Willie Bank (Al Pacino), with whom Reuben foolishly went into business to build the biggest and flashiest casino the the world. Bank took Reuben for all he was worth, and now, the famously loyal thirteen won't rest until Bank has been brought down.
I love the french guy {The Night Fox} in the 2nd movie, he even turns up in this 3rd film but only as a cameo part. It did not do him justice.
The end result is an easy go and enjoyable caper, that’s not the equal of Ocean’s 11 or 12 but arrives in good shape, and rounds off the trilogy.

Step 2 : Try an advertiser's offer
Basically all you need to do in this step is complete one of the offers, this is where the freebie site make their money, if you complete an offer then the freebie site will recieve commission for it. So if you complete Coral which will only cost you £5 to complete, the freebie site gets £25 from Coral. The two best offers are Lovefilm Free DVD rental (rent two DVD's, keep them for about 2 days, send them back and then cancel the trial) and Coral (bet £5 on a sport). I would reccommend you do Coral as it credits in an hour and is really simple to do, Lovefilm however can become complicated and takes up to 2 weeks to credit! You can also try one of the other offers, most are gambling offers. Don't skip this step! You must complete this step to get your free iPhone!

Step 3 : Refer some friends
This part is a lot easier than it seems, especially now with free iPhone sites getting so popular. There's lots of people online who want a free iPhone too, so start referring them! You only need to get a few signups before you'll be finished. You can ask your friends or your online buddies. I already got a free PS3, Wii, and XBOX Elite without even having to ask my friends for help - there's lots of people online who want a free iPhone like you! One of the easiest ways to get a referral is to do a favour for a friend and ask them to sign up in return. That way, you both can get a free iPhone!

Basic rules
Don't break these rules! This is the only reason that you won't get your free iPhone, so make sure you follow these rules!

- One account per household - don't use a public computer to sign up!
- Use real information - this is a proven legitimate site and they will not give out your information.
- Only complete each offer once! You cannot complete the same offer again, even for different freebies.
- Don't try to cheat the system. This site has been proven legitimate, and they will catch you if you try to cheat. If you do everything legitimately, by following this guide, you will get a free iPhone!

Thats all, just follow my guide and you will have your free iPhone in no time.

Thank you.
