I was looking to upgrade my memory from 1 to 2GB and this dual channel kit came up on Ebay. My enthusiasm for bidding got the better of me (as it has done before)and I ended up buying it for a little more than if I bought it new. However, fool and his money etc, it was advertised as new and I awaited eagerly for it to arrive. I installed it and.....nothing. PC would NOT boot. So I thought it might be a BIOS issue and so I tinkered around in there for a while (it's OK I know what I'm doing) still nothing. So I fired off a couple of emails to OCZ support and after asking a few questions about my system (I have a custom built PC) they asked me to send it off to them. Well I have to admit that I was thinking that it was possibly the last I would see of the memory but lo and behold, yesterday morning, a brand new memory kit arrived courtesy of Fedex. I am absolutely gobsmacked, go on, here's my gob..smack it, they only posted it on Tuesday from California! Three days to get here....OI! Post Office! Are you reading this! I installed the new modules and boy it really is fast now. Surfing or video editing is a doddle. Might have been quick before, but now..... Get yourself a kit from those nice OCZ people and do yourself a favour. What I liked about this product.......Excellent support. Booted straight up after installation with no reconfiguring of any kind. What I disliked.....Next to nothing really
