Numark HF 125 Consumer Headphones

I bought these on the basis that i had a pair about 2 years ago and they r brilliant. they r cheap and for how much they cost the sound quality is outstanding. if you are looking for a pair of headphones for your bedroom decks these r perfect. if you are looking for some for djing out and about i would look elsewhere. all in all i would give these 8/10.

the name numark means quality and they are the 1st numark headphones I have purchased. and they do live upto the mark.

cheap but quality headphones. after using all the expensive one i bought this in emergency because my last ones broke then after using it just realised how good they are!

These Numark HF125 are excellent budget headphones for DJ use - indoors or outdoors. I have had a pair for two years and they are still going strong where all others have failed (broken plastic, blown up, snapped wires, etc. the usual as most DJs have experienced).

They are so lightweight sometimes you forget you are wearing them, not to mention LOUD - you won't need a separate monitor with these. They are lower on the bass than most headphones (the beats are sharp "taps" at high volume), so are great for mixing. One minus point for the HF125 I must add is that they only have the moulded 6.3mm jack (the big TRS one), so are not suitable for non-pro gear, unless you use an adapter.

The price is excellent too - you can easily get a pair for under a tenner. I initially bought them due to the price but they have certainly outperformed any expections I had. I even bought two pairs, at this price, why not? Highly recommended by this DJ! Thanks for reading.

I decided to buy these headphones as I have owned other Numark products and experience has shown me their products are very good. Example I have Numark Mixing desk which is more than 7 years old used and abused but still going strong. I use these headphones with my ipod and if I am honest I believe in a couple of months I will be deaf;)The sound is very clear and even heavy bass does not seem to effect them.
Overall a great purchase and excellent value.
