Nokia N73 Music Edition Mobile Phone

Im not keeping it as its an non-required upgrade but the screen, music, the functions and most importantly the 3.2 mega pixel camera is simply outstanding.

This is my third N73 but this one is absolute rubbish. It freezes every time you touch the key pad. Nokia say to do the latest download, but this has made matters worse. Avoid this model like the plague, nothing but a waste of time and money.

If you decide to buy a Nokia N73 on ebay or any other mobile that was formerly locked to 3 network make sure that the person you are buying it from was the original owner and that they are prepared to help you contact 3 to get the phone unlocked. I recently went through the ringer trying to get an N73 unlocked. Most websites say they can do it but very few will actually handle the phone.
3 will unlock the phone for £15 but only for the original owner. Other shops and market stalls will try to do it but will charge anything form 20 - 35 pounds for the privilege and with no guarantee of success.
The guy I bought the phone from totally ignored any requests for help on the 3 occassions I emailed him. I eventually bought an X-Sim which was just over a tenner and works a charm. You have been warned!!!

its a great phone easy used large keypad for big fingers, has wid rang of updated modern technolgy and has a larg screen display.

I bought it because I love the nokia phones and this one is the music edition so no need for a walkman and it is a brilliant phone.

+ Its got loads of features, a superb camera, and its so simple to use.

- The battery life could be a tiny bit better, but compared to other phones on the market, its got a better battery.

i like the item all around i rapload the softwear but that is fine and it is a good piece of technology that is why i bought it more capacity and more pixel then the old phones

i like n73 m.e. the reason its style and music performance.
i already have 6500s. but 73's sound is fantastic. i like it much.

super phone with every accessory you could ever need however responds a little too slow takes ages to text etc but does make up for it with all of its fun packed features

The Nokia N73 is a good phone and hard to fault. Its not my cup of tea as I prefer the software on Sony Ericsson but this ticks all the boxes if you want a competent music phone.

The camera is as good as any budget digital.

The MP3 player does WAV files allowing more storage and the external speaker is clear.

The Nokia N73 can also be used as a business phone as it has Adobe and other software that I never use. So I am not using it to its full potential. The screen is large and clear and pictures are excellent.

I will probably keep this until Sony bring out a decent walkman phone with a 3.2 camera (other than the K800i which was a bit dissapointing in comparison)

This phone was just what I was looking for, good condition and the price was right. As it was unlocked to all networks I was able to use my own sim card, this has been a great advantage when using this at work, I work abroad, and it is working out cheap to use.

I bought Nokia N73 Music Edition but without special phones for this mobile. Except that, everything was ok.

Well the phone was not in an excellent condition as it had scratches but i would do.

the seller was also a little rude would not buy from him again as i have learnt my lesson

Upgraded to this phone from a K800i as it was compatible with the hands free kit built into my car.
First impressions of the phone were a little disappointing as I think the style looks a little dated. Never the less the screen is a good size and has a good resolution. The built in camera takes excellent photos even in poor light.
However, that’s were the good points end for me. While navigating the menus it can be really slow to open each folder (even with the memory empty). You can set up short cuts to your favourites on the home screen but the jog button required to access these is a bit fiddly to use. In stand by the screen is darkened out and you have to unlock the phone to check any messages or missed calls you might have. If it's dark, you’ll need a 6th sense for this as the keys don’t light up in standby.
This is the worst phone I've ever owned.......and I've owned a Motorola!
Should have bought a car that is compatible with the K800i

This phone has everything i need when travelling about. The maps to show me the way, the music to keep me company, the phone to keep in touch and even a top rated camera to take pics of any interesting views along the way. infact the ideal companion for anyone how travels alot and doesn't want to take a whole load of gadits with them

great phone with so many features ,The camera 3.2mp is great and so is the video capture . the music player is great phone can also store many music tracks . A far better phone than the old N70 you cannot go wrong with is one

This phone has a great camera which is so very easy to use, good software interface, large screen, nice and loud so you can hear it ringing when in crowds! The music edition is another good aspect of the nokia N73, with the right earphones the quality of sound is excellent.

Overall, Its a fantastic phone. Easy to use, got pretty much everything on it!
Expensive in shops, but can be bought for a fraction of the price here on ebay. I expected the joystick to fall out but so far it hasn't. Only flaws are the headphones supplied!

Amazing phone!

proply best smart phone 4 its size, its bit slow but its got great camrea with flash, its got excellent mp3 player with 2 speker on top of the phone, its not loud as nokia 6233 but it dose the job none the less
