i bought this item as a spare phone for work, but never recieved it, and ive been emailing the seller since, the seller has contacted the post office and some time later was informed by the post office that it was stolen, so im still waiting to be credited back.

i love everything about it but there are some features that are in other mobile which this mobile doesn't include.

Great phone - full of features, very user friendly. This is the 3rd one i've had, as i keep wearing them out! Very hard wearing phone, as i work on a construction site, and it takes some real abuse! Full marks to Nokia.

Mobile is good for business use as it has a longer battery life, less gadgets which die the battery down, it does get faulty when its used to much, bits like speaker stops working properly which lets you not hear other people clearly.

When my old Nokia died, a friend gave me HIS old one - a Nokia 6230i- it was a bit battered & bruised and full of plaster etc - also, it was on ORANGE so I went to see my local friendly market bloke who changed it to O2 for me. Loved it! 3 months later it finally gave up the ghost - so Ebay it was! This is virtually new - and already on O2 so lots of new stuff I couldn't access before too! So easy to use - messages & Contacts directory are a doddle to use. Nice features, like auto key lock and shortcuts to fave things on the keypad etc. One tiny crit - the camera isn't particularly hi quality - but - I've got a camera anyway! This phone should be an industry standard!

I work in construction & find this phone very strong & reliable, very easy to use! lots of features,even a FM radio. the Bluetooth works well I use this when driving with a hand's free. I have touch screen phone's but they are to large & easy damaged in the building game! I got this phone on ebay at a very good price, used!

I decided to buy the phone because it was advertised as "New and Sealed", it was in fact an old refurbished phone.
I wanted the phone because my old one had just packed up and the 6230i is one of the best phones Nokia have produced.

I decided in the first instance to buy this phone as my wife had dropped her own into the washing up water. She has had a nokia 6230i since they came onto the market and swears by them. They are I must confess a very easy phone to operate and are very user friendly unlike the complicated and oft times frustrating model I seem to have acquired. The key pad seems larger by a tad than a lot of similar sized phones, and this combined with the very soft touch required to operate makes it in my view a perfect tool for the not so hi-tech person. At the same time the phone lacks few of the features required to satisfy the non teenager element. Generally a phone to satisfy the requirements of the jurassic's of technology like my wife and myself.

I would like to tell you about the phone, however i never received the phone as the seller mislead in his advertisement. Strange how you think i bought a phone as waell actually i bought some software.

had a nokia long time ago tried other new phones but never realy liked them gone back to a nokia as these never let you down small loud and nice looking phones once you have a nokia you will always go back

my phone was broken, so i replased it with the identical model the product was delivered ver quickly and was in new condition it is very easy to use and has all the features that anyone would require.

I bought it because it was simple and fullfilled a need. It was a little dusty but works as expected. Works and fits the function it was bought for.

Nokia 6230i is one of the best creation from nokia. The style and features of the phone are still being implomented in model mobile phone technology.

You have the basic easy to use function like all nokias and the slick looking phone.

i have recently purchased the new nokia arte saphire which cost approxmitly £1000.

i have noticed that all the features of the phone are about 90% the same as the nokia 6230i.

overall this phone as we all know is old but the features are pretty much all the same as the moden day phone.

Ive always used Nokia mobiles since the days of the 3210, having had many others, even a top end 9210i at the time, i found the 62300i (and its slightly less powerful 6230 sister) an all round good purchase. I first had a 6230, but after 18 months decided that if I got a 6230i with the better camera, I could give my girlfriend my old one in a new case as phones are expensive where she comes from..

Having run with its 6230i replacement for nearly 2 years, i am more than happy with it, it can email, it can take adequate pictures (its a phone people, its not a bloody olympus camera) and has a good screen, battery life and size..

I was so happy with it, than when i dropped it in the sink and it died, i didnt think twice about going and getting another one from ebay.

These are dirt cheap now, and if you are looking for a multifunction, but cheap camera phone with a 1.3mpix camera, FM radio, MMS and GPRS functions, this is the one for you..

Get a beaten up one for pennies and then spend a fiver on a new case.. you got a new phone..

6230... one of nokias better phones

after what i had heard about this phone,it sounded what i was looking for, but it is not as good as i exspected it to be,when you get the memory full it seems to slow right down and makes it awkward,just not what i would have exspected from the reveiws that it has.
