this is a great sounding album, when i bought it i thought it would only be a slow songs, but it has slow, fast and upbeat songs to. its great and she is very talented.

Beautiful, simply beautiful
Dido first appeared on a music scene backing a most unlikely candidate Enimen - on Stan, remember the haunting female vocals in the chorus? Well Dido is the lady on sang on there,
Having seen her live, I thought the CD would pale by comparison, but it still has the same punch as the live shows (and if you havent seen her live - go!),
A combination of slow smoochy tracks, ideal when you need a good cry to some uptempo beats this CD has Here with Me as it's opening track and then 10 further tracks, at just over an hour long, time flies when listening to this CD.
I still think No Angel, track 10 is possibly the best track on this CD.
I loved it, with a real mix of music tastes (see my other reviews) I initially thought it would be medicore and only a couple of songs which I liked, but in reality it has become one of the most played Cd's in my collection

This singer has talent, the cds although not new was in excellent condition.
this album was written I believe by Dido, her style is easy to listen to and can understand every word sung can sing along with her.

Any iconic song a romantic comedy film from the beginning of the century probably owes its roots to this album. The first 3 songs are absolutely brilliant, and the album has a rare quality that each and every song is good to listen to.
This is an album not about love, but about the flipside and while there may have been many a "Bridget Jones" moment for women feeling let down after a failed relationship, or from them having thier heart stomped on - slumping home and listening to this with a large glass of white wine, it is relatable to all (male and female alike).
Songs like "Dont Think", "Here with me" and "Thank you" have taken up plenty of airtime on radio and TV, so that tells you all that you need to know.
Get it now!

dido no angelI had this album when it first came out & then lost it, i just had to buy it again as it'such an exellent album, you can sit back & just chill out to a stunning voice & brilliant lyrics, i really would recommend this as a chillout album, one of my all time favourites ! x

I bought it because I was looking for the value of some rare Scottish whisky we have for sale in the aid of RDA. In the whisky section was Whisky in the jar by Thin Lizzy cd. I thought I do not have that cd so I would like to buy it and on the website there were quit a few other cd's I do not have. So I put in an offer for the Whisky in the jar and three other cd,s. I won three of them so the seller only had to pay one lot of postage and I paid for three which i did not mind as the cd's were very cheap. I left NoTelevision a good feed back but he did not have the decency to leave me any feed back at all after he made a bit extra on the postage. Same write up for Tina turner Private dancer and Texas White on Blonde. Better for Whisky in the Jar by thin Lizzy bought from some one else, at least they left feed back

This is great background music for those summer barbeques
Its also great for lovesick people to sing along to when feeling sorry for themselves.
It is a great album and is listenable over and over again, then you may decide
its better not to be lovesick anymore!
Dido has a great recording voice but it is not so strong or vibrant live in concert, so the album is a better option.

I had lost my original copy of Dido - No Angel. I browsed through the cd's looking for Englebert Umperdink for a present for my nan i didn't find it but saw Dido album and had to buy it, I love the songs, the tempo of the music and find it very relaxing. It was reasonalbly priced and i could not resist a bargin.

For me this was not an instant love affair. I heard one of her songs on a compilation and it appealed to me, so I found out which album it was from and it has gradually become one I am really glad to have in my collection.

Love this cd. It has everything you could ever want in one cd. Even the unfamiliar songs (eg) the ones not released into the singles chart, become firm favourites and you feel like you have known them forever. There is a song for every occassion, whether you're happy, sad, in love, out of love, or just needing a chill. This certainly is one of my top 3 cds in my collection.

Been tying to find out the title of the song 'Thank You' for a long time and as soon as I found that I went straight onto ebay and found this album. Been driving the neighbours mad since. Love it!!

i used to have cd lost it when my dauter moved out,missed listening to the songs ,so i thougt that i would see if it was for sail and it was so i bid for it and won it,now i can listen to the songs wanse more.ther isent anthing that i dislike about the cd.
