Motorola PEBL U6 Mobile Phone

Great little compact phone, I had two, one for work and one for me ! Very small compared to the huge things with MP3 etc around today.
With a little practice you'll soon be opening the clever automatic opening flip, which is very neat.
Membrane keys can be a pain but aren't that bad. It has two screens, you can see who is calling on the outer one and decide if you want to open the phone to answer! It has a small camera not much memory but guess what I use it to CALL People and occasionally text (Stores 100 texts).
So if you want a neat phone packed with features, but primarily a phone that makes phone calls, then this smart little flip phone should be considered.

Very quick to arrive and goods arrived in good condition. It was what I ordered though slightly more used that I could have told from the photo that was with the listing but not unhappy about it.

i adore the motorola pebl x 1,000,000. It was always my favourite phone. I have been using one for 3 years, had other types of phone, samsung, nokias etc when mine broke and was stolen, but always ended up back with pebl. I love the chunky neat shape in my hand, the matt rubbery facia - not shiny and cheap looking like most phones! I like the way it moves open and snaps shut ...!! and the key pad and the system is the easiest and most logical one i have ever used - you can scroll your messages!!!. its kind of different looking and always gets comments.Most phones seem to be hard and flat and angular looking.
i was devastated when my last one had an accident and found out the make is deleted....so when i found this on ebay i would have bid loads more to get my hands on it. Had to pay £10 to unlock it but whatever Im a pebl freak. Its kind of a lady phone i think and totally ergnomic - it may not be the most super spec - but who needs all that shiz?

would like it in say red and white if anyones got one ??!

I love the PEBL U6, to me it was the pinnacle of smart and simple design, which sadly now it is being replaced with the U9, has been overtaken by the need for more gadgets, more capabilities, and in doing so, has produced a less desirable object. However, i might be biased...

To me the PEBL is a more than adequate phone, has great capabilities, although sometimes these are hidden or disabled by service providers, and is a very attractive and tactile object. The range of customised cases and extras is just fantastic, and i'd recommend the PEBL to anyone wanting a stylish and practical phone.

I have had 3 Pebls before, two of which I sadly waterlogged on separate occasions, and the other my son still uses. I moved away from them temporarily and got a much more "with it" phone with all the bells and whistles ...... but I couldn't get away from the fact that I missed my little Pebl! OK, so the features aren't earth-shattering but it does what all mobile phones should do, and that's make calls, send texts and it lets you take impromptu photos of silly things to send to your friends. It's also feels lovely and I can open it with one hand, unlike my new phone which a) was hard to tell which end was which and b) when you'd worked it out, it needed two hands anyway and chances are you'd missed the call. So that's why I bought this Pebl and that's why I gave it an excellent rating :-)

I love this phone - its easy to use, good predictive text thats easy - no having to scrawl through the letters. Nice little camera etc. Love it.

i bought a mobile that is faulty. the numbers 4,5 an 6 don't work. so its abit like buying a type writer described in an add as working perfect, an when you get it the machine, the letters a,b or c dont work. come on this is the second time this has happened on this site.

i love the size of the pebl fits in your hand like a glove, though there are a lot of slimmer ones on the market now, this is easy to use battery life is good, easy to find in your handbag or pocket.

Couldn't find the PEBL anywhere in the shops for a decent price. Was very happy to find this as it was a gift for my partner. The phone itself is excellent, a few tiny scratches but only the same as you would get within a couple of weeks using any mobile phone. It also came unlocked which was a great relief. Overall standard was fantastic. Very happy!

The Motorola PEBL U6 has to be my most favourite phone ever......easy to use, great looking......ideal if like me you stick phones in the back pocket of your jeans...heavy duty casing
Lots of features and colours
May not be the most modern phone ever but still looks superb and does what its supposed to.
Have had numerous phones including a brand new Samsung as a present at christmas, so duly sold my reliable old Pebl......but what a mistake.
The samsung is ridiculously light and easy to scratch, break and drop not to mention hard to use, cant leave it in your pocket in case you sit on it and it snaps.......
SO WHAT HAVE I DONE...YES BOUGHT ANOTHER PEBL.......missed it so much.....will be very happy when it arrives.......
So remember if you want a good reliable, reasonably price and still good looking phone then get a Pebl

Small compact easy to use. Used before but lost. Good value for money. Good camera, easy to text with. Variety of colours available.

purchased for my wife its surprisingly compact very easy to use only had to show her once. if you just want a simple to use phone with blue tooth and camera this is definatly worth a look. very reasonable price too

Brought to add to collection of current phones. Like the colour and shape of design. Easy enough to use and seems to be quite durable design.

This is the mobile I won on e-bay its a great looking phone full of all sorts of things, being a flip it saves it getting scratches on the screen. The seller was true in his/her description.

The battery on my mobile phone was not lasting any time at all. I managed to locate a replacement battery on Ebay. After ordering it I was politely informed that it was out of stock and the date of new stock was unknown.
I then decided to look for a replacement phone and liked the look of the Motorola PEBL. I found one and bid on it before going to bed. The next morning I was delighted to find that I had got the phone at a very reasonable price.
The phone arrived quickly and I was very pleased with the condition. I soon got use to the new phone and love it.
I was glad that the origional battery I ordered was out of stock.

i bought one of these phones for my wife she liked it and so i bought another for my elderly sister ..this phone is easy to use and a very convienient size
it is better than the more modern phones because they seem to try to bring more and more technology to mobiles and forget the real reason for a mobile which is telephoning

it was not new /used as the buyer said,,but he nevwer answered me back loved the fone just angry that it had been used

This phone is very simple to use, has plenty of features and is very cool - especially in this Burnt Orange Colour.

I loved the phone when it arrived and left positive feedback. The handset was perfect , looked as god as new , however after a few days I became awae that the phone just didnt work as it sould have , texts were fine but whe making or receiving a call it was impossible to have a conversation due to the phone constantly cutting out and breaking up! this wasnt just due to signal quality but happened everywhere the phone was used . It appears that an apparently good quality piece of equipment was not as it seemed , appearance ws misleading and it was only after a week or so that the faults with this product showed themself. very disappointed,

Love the phone, exactly what I wanted and in very good condition. Decided to use ebay to get this phone as it is readily available and cannot be found anywhere around here. Have always wanted a phone like this and am happy now I have finally got one. Going to buy some fascias to change the color and style to suit my fancy next.

This is the second PEBL I have bought, this one for my son and the first one for my grandson. They both love the phone more than any other phones they have had. It must be really good as my grandson has had his for over a year and he used to change mobiles every few weeks!

I don't know its technical details, but, whatever they are, they must be good to keep my grandson interested. And my son hinted for months about how good his son's phone was until I bought him one!

It was for my daughter. The case is rubberised so it soaks up a lot of damage. The motorola menus are clear to follow and being pink it is a colour a 9 year old will love. It is a good quality phone with many features only found on more expensive phones
