Monkey Trousers - Series 1 (DVD)

Monkey Trousers is a good example of a Sketch Show. Some Sketches are very strong while others get boring VERY quickly.

The pull for this sketch show, however, is it's cast. With the likes of Tim Healy, Vic and Bob, Steve Coogan and loads more, there is really a good selection of the cream of British TV comedy, every episode contains at least one laugh out loud moment and plenty of smiles are provided. However, it IS a sketch show, and so expect sketches based on the same joke over and over again.

If you expect laughs a minute, i suggest you try Vic and Bob's Catterick, which is very funny and very surreal. On the other hand, if you're open minded and prepared to sit through the few sketches that don't seem to work, then this is well worth your money.
