Message In A Bottle (DVD 1999)

Bought this film as I like Kevin Costner. Had never seen him in a tear jerker before. I loveed every minute of the film and dwould recomend it to anybody.

I liked the speed of the delivery of the DVD and was very pleased with the way the item was packaged, in a jiffy bag. The quality of the DVC is excellent and I have already watched this DVD and fully enjoyed it as much as when I first saw it.

sad and very moving film which was acted very well. romantic but hard hitting where it is meant to be.

I love Kevin Costner. He is so diverse an actor and plays such varied roles. This is a real romantic film, one for the girls night in with a bottle of wine, but be prepared girls, tissues at hand......

Whilst recovering from an operation I read the book of the same name, Message in a Bottle. I loved the book so much that I just had to watch the film.
I bought the film knowing that it had a very sad ending. Being in a rather fragile state myself I knew that it would upset me but nevertheless I really enjoyed the film. Quite a few things were changed or omitted from the book. However, I expected this and was pleased that I read the book before I watched the film and not the other way round. This is a lovely, sensitively written romantic story.

Message in a bottle, Is the story of a loneley woman who lives with her son, and while out running one morning she comes across a message in a bottle, it is a message to a woman named catherine and theresa the woman who finds it takes it too work and tracks the guy down who wrote it, this is a very romantic film, the guys wife died and he is lost with out her, the woman who found the message is trying to get close to him until he finds out she is writing a article on him, by then its too late theresa has fallen for him and who would'nt, this is a movie to watch with your girlfriend, partner," chic filck", very romantic, hope this helps.
