a definite buying for any maiden fan...it contains all the classics and the package is as usual amazing...a soonn to be classic dvd!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Dvd Shows the insight to what are live 20 odd years later and was well worth the money I bought the Dvd because I am a big Iron Maiden Fan and seen them a couple of times live

I went to see them at earls court when they were on this tour and they did not disappoint. The dvd is packed full of extras as well as the concert, it is almost like being there and you get the choice of sound as well. Two different dvd sounds. Iron Maiden rock, i just hope they do a similar one for the matter of life and death tour. What a great band....Up the Irons!!!

well first of all this ebayer is an idiot, i won this item off him, payed him by cheque and didnt receive the dvd till after a month, i had to keep emailing him about this but no reply then when finally he replied after 5 weeks he sent the item in a terrible state, the box was torn, the dvd had so many scratches, i didnt bother watching it, i just chucked in the bin, and bought again,

the concert is a classic iron maiden, very loud as loud as rock in rio, smaller venue though but very energetic, these guys always do it, essential purchase for metal fans!

i never received this item, an explination why, or my money back. this person stopped being an ebay member after taking my money. ebay would not let me leave feedback and would not help me get my money back. So to be honest you will proberbly not like this review but its about time something was done about people taking money and not sending goods then walking away from ebay as this is far from the first time this has happened to me and many other people but as yet nothing is getting done about these scum

Before I start can I make it clear that this is NOT a review of Iron Maiden’s - Death On The Road DVD. I would love to able to review this DVD, but unfortunately I was ripped off by the seller (who is no longer registered on eBay). Instead I can give you a review of how the fraudulent transaction was dealt with by both eBay and Paypal.

I bought the DVD on Saturday evening, checked the seller’s Feedback – all fine, so I paid straight away by Paypal. On Monday I noticed that the Feedback rating had dropped and checked the comments. Over the previous 24 hours the seller had received a number of negative Feedbacks for non receipt of items. I could not get a reply from the seller and by Tuesday there were more negative Feedbacks, so I reported the matter to eBay.
eBay did their usual trick - "It's not our responsibility, it's the seller". Fine, but as you required to register with eBay before you start selling, surely eBay could tighten up its registration process and protect their honest members a bit more. I buy and sell on eBay and while they are quite happy to take their fees each month, they seem unable (or unwilling) to assist when anything goes wrong. This is the third time I have lost money through an eBay transaction and each time I have reported it to eBay all I get is the standard "We are very sorry..." e-mail and nothing in the way of help. Then to top it all, they send me an e-mail a month later asking me to review my purchase. Did anyone even take any notice of my complaint?
With eBay regularly making large profits, their procedures and Customer Service are simply not good enough!

Paypal did make the effort to investigate the transaction. After a week and a half however they informed me that although the dispute had been resolved in my favour the seller had cleared his Paypal account, so now money. At least they tried and I thank them for that.

It has been impossible to contact anyone at eBay so when then asked me to write a review I felt this was they only way I could get my point across. I’m certain that I am not the only eBay member to have been ripped off, but when eBay won’t even discuss the problem it makes you wonder why you bother with them. If enough people make enough noise maybe we can improve things.
