This is an album that sums up the sound of the mid-late eighties, a blend of light rock, pop, and synth. This was one of the most commercial albums Genesis ever made, and one of the most popular. There are 5 top quality tracks, and three that feel like filler; standouts are 'Land of Confusion', 'In Too Deep',and 'Invisible Touch'. It still stands up relatively well, although over-produced in places, and is probably one of the top 20 albums of the eighties. Well woth a listen.
