Maybe not for die-hard Zep Fans but, if you like the recent Robert Plant/Alison Krauss collaboration, I think this may be an album you'd find interesting in the very least. Plenty of thigh-slapping Country and Western overtones while retaining the integrity of one of the most stunning rock bands ever to have enriched life's musical tapestry. I love it (and the old stuff}!
Again, another Led Zep classic. Rooting through the loft I again came across my vinyl collection. Instead of ignoring them, I rambled through them and unearthed this album on vinyl. I just had to have it again on CD. A fantastic album for all who claim to be Led Zep fans. This album is everything that all Led Zep albums have, excellent lyrics, excellent vocals and beyond excellent musicians. A real trip back to yester-year, an audio version of TV's Life on Mars with flares, the odd kaftan and the chance to see a 'happenin' band on the rise. Well, Led Zep has risen and it has stayed there for a long time and continues to stay there. Treat yourself, but be prepared to smile a lot.
