K.D. Lang - Hymns Of The 49th Parallel (CD 2004)

Beautiful. K D Lang's amazing vocals run through a list of classic songs from Helpless to Hallelujah, a version of which can be heard on the film Shrek. One of her best albums ever!!
A haunting album to relax to. Definetly worth a listen even if you are not familiar with KD Lang and her wonderful vocal talent.

i had not heard much kd lang music before, but i cant get enough of her music now , its so relaxing a really good feeling once listened to ten out of ten

A Brilliant cd Great for any K.d. fan. a good range of songs, with the best rendition of Hallelujah I have ever heard. The cd contains a range of country, blues and a little fun.
All sung brilliantly by K.D.

the seller, was advertising stock they did not have. I fundamentally believe there is a problem... if a buyer beds and wins an item, then has the money paid to the seller and is then told by the seller that they do not have the item..why are they not repremanded. The buyer is out that money for the purchase for some two weeks and has to wait for a refund before they can purchase again. Why can the seller , who has commited the "crime" control the event, the buyer seems to have lost all rights to complain because e.bay has closed the dispute at the request of the seller. very strange indeed!!!! I have to consider now , where to spend my hard earned money.. should it be with a company who appreciates that customers can spen money anywhere or with a company that takes customers for granted!

Great album from a great singer. This depicts the pure quality of her voice and sensitivity of phrasing with every breath she takes. Absolutely excellent.
