How To Drive Off Road (DVD 2004)

as a complete novice to this sport, i bought this dvd to give me a rough insight into whats involved in driving offroad. i watched the dvd through and was pleasantly surprised, in how much varied information that was packed into this disc. It not only explains about different types of vehicle,and the different set ups of suspention and engines, but demonstraits the do`s and don`ts in driving technique. i found this dvd very well laid out, very easy to understand, and therefore look forward to trying some offroad driving. obviously looking at a dvd and doing it for real are two different things, but i feel more `in the know about the sport now`. iv`e been booked an off road driving course for my birthday by my better half, and i`m seriously considering joining a club where i can put some of these new learned skills into practice. If anyone is considering entering into off roading, i would seriously recommend spending a few quid on this dvd, you could be as surprised as i was i would rate it 9/10

This DVD is excellent in it's instructional techniques for off road driving. Compiled in conjunction with Land Rover International magazine, it really does address all situations and techniques required.

The DVD was I think produced before the latest Discovery had been launched, however, the narrative and video clips are still very good using Land Rovers from the early series 1 to the discovery TD5.

Worth every penny of the asking price.

I think the dvd is very good would buy more but it would have to be Landrover.
There was nothing to dislike about the DvD. I love landrover but cant drive one at moment as just past my test.

I enjoyed this DVD very much; I have been off-roading for about 12 months but picked up 2 very good tips.

The extras section is actually longer than the main chapter and contains lots of Land Rover information.

This is an ideal DVD to buy as a gift.
