The item was in good condition and works fine; Just a few scratches on the sides, which is to be expected with a 4-yr old appliance. Had a blocked waste/drainage pipe due to movement in transit, by limescale buildup in the piope. This was not really the fault of the seller. She was very good and did transfer insurance holder details to me very promptly.
The insurance cover was used to replace and repair the machine. I'm very happy with the whole purchase overall.

My son was looking for a washer/dryer at a resonable price. He also needed a washer/dryer as he is limited for space. This hotpoint washer/dryer provide to be an excellent product. The seller was not sure if the dryer worked but my son was not too bothered about that. Once we plumbed in the washer/dryer to our delight the dryer worked as well.
