Whatever else is going on with him, you can't deny that MJ is a fantastic popstar. A hidden gem on this album is his cover version of the Charlie Chaplin song *smile*

When I listen to this it makes me remember just why I was such a fan. It's just brilliant! His most recent album 'Invincible' was a huge flop and with the charges being made against him, it was thought to be the end of MJ. His upcoming album is getting a lot of hype though. It's an album like this that reignite your faith in such an artist.

This is a great cd for all those people who love michael jacksons music. It has all the classics from him and all the brilliant hits from the past that still makes you tap your feet.

There were so many Michael Jackson songs I liked, and I couldn't believe that not only could I buy them all on one CD, but at such a great price on ebay too! I wanted something great to listen to in the car and I think I've found it with this album. The songs bring back so many memories, I can almost remember where I was when i first heard it. This is a real blast from the past. If anyone is thinking of buying a Michael Jackson album then I would recommend this one without hesitation, mainly because all his great hits are on it. This is one purchase I don't feel BAD about!

Michael Jackson is one of he all time greats and in this album full of songs he proves it. Great songs such as black or white, bad, man in the mirror and so on.

Classic album. All the favourites and some little known. Jackson at his best. Bought disc new years ago and it became spoilt with much use over time. Glad to be able to replace it so cheeply.

Excellent CD. All his best songs on 2 CDs. A great mix too of the old and new ones from Michael Jackson. Both slow and upbeat songs, a good mix.

Whatever you think of Michael Jackson as a person you cannot deny he makes great music. I am of a certain age where most of my early Jackson material is on vinyl, albums like "Off The Wall" and "Thriller" were pure genius. Rather than replace these with the C.D versions I decided to buy MICHAEL JACKSON-HISTORY PAST PRESENT AND FUTURE VOL 1 and if you do the same you will not be disappointed. All the dance floor fillers are there from the late 70's early/ 80's, "Wanna be starting something" "Billie Jean" "Beat it" "Don't stop till you get enough" and then we come more up to date with great hits like "Earth song" and "Man in the mirror". A definite "must have" CD for home and car...and it will never date, in fact Thriller has just been re-released and has again topped the charts in 2008 !

I decided to buy the cd for my daughters 16th birthday as she loves Michael Jackson and it has all the greatest hits on, and she loved it and hasnt stopped playing it.

i can honestly say ive never been keen on micheal jaksons music but when i heard this album i had to get it and can say that there isn't one song that i dont like

An excellent album, an absolute classic! 5 out of 5. An absolute must have for all music lovers! Everyone should have it on the shelf.

Michael makes the most amazing music ever, the words are always meaningful and they are true to life. HIS music lifts you when you aren't feeling good and they make you realise how lucking you are.

it is a good colectors cd there are new and old tracks easy listing and great for parties and dancing too very enjoyable

Excelent CD. Def worth the purchase!!!! Every song is good rather than the usuall 3 or 4 at the beginning and the rest are rubbish. Ebayer was top notch aswell!!!!

I bought this as a xmas pressie,and the reciever was chuffed! I bought this particular cd because it was a special edition double cd which had extra tracks brilliant!

Michael Jackson is, like him or loathe him, a legend. The HisTory album may not be everyone's favourite but it is a strong candidate containing songs from many of the preceeding albums. We, my wife and I, are both avid fans of MJ's music and realised before Christmas that we only owned two of his albums despite having various old "tape" copies scattered here and there. CD's are proven to be quite expensive in High Street shops with prices for something you might listen to for five minutes once a month at a gob-smackingly high - therefore we opted to search for it on eBay. Very impressed with the product and the process of obtaining it and it now stands proudly as the first pick of CD's to be played whenever the feeling warrants it.

A very varied cd, some old, some new and some that have never been heard by the likes of me! I found the old ones especially nice to hear as they always seem to bring back memories of when Michael Jackson was at his very best.
The other nice thing about this double cd was the insert, if you read through it, you get a sense of how much Michael Jackson truly loves what he does, and he has a genuine desire to help those around him.

I decided to buy this after loosing it, possibly to my sister, when i moved out.

First purchased the album on release date in America, and its a great compilation of his best work.

Wanted to re-aquaint this great piece of work with my collection.

Brill cd, great music. All his best songs are here. Perfect for driving! Shame he stopped making music.

Have it on cassette, wanted to drive to work with it! It is great as all MJ fans will know already! There are 2 CD's, side 1 has the more popular songs on it, with Billie Jean and such whilst side 2 is slightly different with the "earth" song on it, a really great song it is as well!
I would really recommend to any fan of Michael's that you buy this CD. Remember on Ebay you can get a great bargain, as I did!
